On June 23, everyone could come to the Center for International Trade, get a balloon with an advertisement for the “Russian narcological league” and anti -drug medicines, check for drugs, talk with a psychologist, listen to songs and watch dances on awarding participants in a special Olympiad. That is, to take part in an action dedicated to the International Day against drug addiction and the drug business.
Obviously, this action became part of the new narcological direction of the National Project “Health”, which was launched this year and which 298 million rubles were allocated from the federal budget.
At the entrance of the promotion participants, the sounds of rock music met-this was played by a group consisting of students of the Russian Legal Academy, thus creating a youth atmosphere. In the lobby, one could see very emotional graphic works dedicated to the fight against alcoholism, drug addiction and tobacco. At this nonsense event, I met several children who were presented with the journal “Independence of the Personality” and a T -shirt with a branded action logo. Some boys immediately put them on themselves, taking off their T -shirts.
It was also possible to find out in the lobby what could lead to drug addiction: among other things, it turned out that this was being given birth with a cesarean section, an excess of impressions in infancy, non -compliance with the regime of the day with a child and uncontrolled viewing of television advertising. And also the crowding of children in kindergarten. And finally, in adolescence - familiarization with marginal subcultures.
The central place on the second floor of the center, where all the pavilions of specialists stood, occupied the stand of the Vivitrol medicine, which helps to recover from drug addiction. The instructions said that this drug eliminates alcohol and opioid dependence, if you first quit and in no case start during treatment, otherwise you can die. The medicine costs about 20 thousand rubles for a four-month course, but in general, 6-month treatment is recommended.
Nearby was handed out brochures about HIV and AIDS, those who wanted to check the blood for drugs using saliva testing. There was also equipment for taking blood, but for some reason it was not used, but only demonstrated. About 60 people were tested for the whole day. As the doctor explained, students came - flocks to show each other that they are not afraid of such a test.
Those who wish could drink tea and eat a gingerbread in a mutual assistance office, which was adjacent to the office of anonymous drug addicts, who worked from 11:00 to 15:00.
“Only here there is someone to talk to, they understand you here,” the young man told the girl in a white coat.
- How many years have you been using? She asked him in disbelief.
- Three years.
At the office of anonymous drug addicts, leaflets with addresses of sites were distributed. At home, I went to the Moscow website of this organization - www.na-msk.ru - and found many addresses of groups in Moscow, where everyone can come. In two rooms, there were performances of specialists in parallel.
I visited the press conference of the chief narcologist of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia Evgeny Brun . He expressed the opinion that drug addiction is "in a sense, the consequence of the Second World War." It is necessary to fight drug addiction by reducing demand and supply. According to him, we used to consume goods, but now we consume pleasure. They put us in the consciousness that we need to constantly enjoy, dominaging ourselves. The method of struggle is simple - we need to talk less about pleasure and more about the responsible attitude to life.
“They are afraid of our patients and do not like,” Evgeny Alekseevich said with regret. According to him, they only need to help, and they become "pure and good."
“They do not need to be branded, they need to help, they are very responsive to love and mercy,” Brun finished his performance.
Evgeny Yuryevich Manyatkin spoke, first deputy head of the apparatus of the State Anti -Drug Committee of the Russian Federation. He said that two drug trafficks entered Russia - heroin from Afghanistan and cocaine from Latin America. Russia is fighting these streams along with the world community: "He works with Iran and Afghanistan to eliminate people involved in drug trafficking."
“We have not won the war with drug addiction,” said Evgeny Yuryevich.
But society begins to understand what drug addiction is and what needs to be fought with it. Soon the laws will be changed towards the tightening of punishment for those who sell drugs. And drug addicts, who will be criminally condemned for minor parties of the drugs sold, will “force for treatment”. This is the experience of the West - in 30 countries, including France, and they act with drug addicts. And since January 2011, people who appear in public places in a state of drug intoxication are subject to administrative arrest.
“It is necessary to reduce the number of drug addicts in order to reduce drug consumption,” Evgeny Yuryevich came to this conclusion.
As for statistics, now in Russia, among the total number of registered drug addicts, 90% suffer from heroin addiction.
“Although, of course, they consume the most marijuana,” added Manyatkin.
At the same time, 50% of patients with narcotic dispensaries are deomorphine drug addicts. Brun also spoke out on this occasion. He said that soon code -containing drugs will be sold according to the prescription. He cited such figures: 10% -15% of deomorphine drug addicts lives in a poorer part of the country, in the north. But the people who need to take these drugs for medical reasons are 40 million. And what happens if they all come to the clinic for the prescription, given that we have an absence of doctors? There are more than 50% less than necessary. He added that over the past five years, the number of seizures of deomorphine from drug addicts has increased by 50 times. On the Internet there are desorphin recipes with all the details.
Evgenia Anatolyevna Koshkina, director of the National Scientific Center for Narcology of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia, decided to even contact journalists on this occasion to exclude hidden drug advertising in their reports. And then recently Evgenia Anatolyevna saw such a report on the second channel and almost lost her speech.
- I first saw how deomorphine was made! The audience received a recipe, ”said the director of the National Scientific Center for Narcology indignantly.
“Our task is to build a social pressure system,” Brun said.
Conduct conversations with children, students. Then - preventive observation, dispensary.
“There was gendarme supervision in tsarist Russia,” he explained.
Of course, it is necessary to test students and students on drugs. This is voluntary, but schools and universities must offer such an opportunity. Evgeny Alekseevich said that he saw in New York an ad on the store’s window on the commissioning of sellers to work with mandatory drug testing. He outlined his idea that in Russia employers could add such lines in labor contracts.
Andrei Anatolyevich Gerish, chief specialist of the Department of Social and Pedagogical Support and Rehabilitation of Children of the Russian Ministry of Education, agreed with him. He believes that the presence of such checks can stop "some kind of contingent."
I asked experts whether they think about the causes of drug addiction-for example, problems in the family or the lack of prospects for young people, and whether something to do with it should be done.
Everyone thought, but only Evgeny Alekseevich answered. In his opinion, this is a philosophical question, people take drugs because of a natural desire to know the world. Then he moved to the topic of replacement therapy and without approval spoke about the Western system of treatment for drug addiction, in which drug addicts are given drugs in small doses.
After the press conference, I met Elena Igorevna Sokolchik, chief physician of the Moscow Scientific and Practical Center for Narcology. Her interlocutor said:
- I was in different pharmacies of Bryansk and asked you have “red hats” (syringes for injection of heroin - the editorial note). And nowhere did they ask me what it is. They only ask: "How much are you?"
Elena Igorevna said that deomorphine drugs are very popular and said that drug addicts who suffer from this dependence nevertheless live for a long time:
- I saw the bandits who have been using all my life, but in general with the “cherry” (the semi -finished product of heroin - the editorial note) began.
- Is it true that you cannot cure the drug addict if he does not want to be treated? - I asked, thinking about the "compulsory treatment", which awaits Russian drug addicts in the near future.
- Yes. In fact, this is a mental illness. The drug addict uses the brain used to use a pleasant diet, in his life before that there was already a violation of the dopamin-serotonin exchange. In addition to treatment, a drug addict should still be engaged in a psychologist, and you need to understand why he needs it.
- So, many people are initially predisposed to drug addiction?
- Yes, but parents can adjust the upbringing. If the child, for example, is prone to risky behavior, he must be configured for parachute sport or horse races. Then we get the results. And parents hide their heads in the sand and do not want to see problems. They want to make children do what they do not want. She runs, lifting her tail, and the child turned out, lying on the couch with a book. And so she is trying to redo the child.
Andrei Vladimirovich Tsvetkov, a candidate of psychological sciences, leading a reception in the office of psychological assistance, said that about 20 people came to his reception - this is a lot, he thought that there would be less. They went through the test "How valuable life is for you." From Andrei Vladimirovich, I learned that people who have no sense in life become drug addicts. In general, the amount of meaning of life in the life of any person depends on age, and least of all, under the age of 25 years. And in old age, for example, dependence occurs less often.
Then I went to award the winners of the Olympics of scientific and student work in the field of drug addiction and drug crime. Prizes - notebooks and diplomas - were issued to those whose work were most highly appreciated by the FSKN specialists. Vladimir Yuryevich Golubovsky, head of the Department for Ensuring the Interdepartmental Interaction of the FSKN, entered the stage.
“Youth and drug addiction are incompatible things,” he said.
He said that he had no doubt that those present would make the right choice.
- I must say “no” to those habits that we, Russians, are not inherent in us!
From time to time, different groups performed on the stage: the adrenaline show group, whose performance consisted of dancing students dressed in pioneer uniforms, a team of capoeirists, singer-student Svetlana Kulinich and a singer named Teresa, she is also an assistant for the educational work of the Moscow City University of the Government of the Moscow Government and the supervisor of one of the winners of the Olympiad.
The presenter also said that students asked him to create a new all -Russian volunteer movement. In his opinion, this is good.
- Vladimir Petrovich, how do you lead the student movement? - he asked the Sitting in the hall Vladimir Petrovich Boyko, deputy chairman of the student trade union committee of the MSTU named after N.E. Bauman. Nobody answered him.
I managed to talk from one of the winners of the Olympics. Julia Nikolaevna wintered was third in the nomination "Organization of the prevention of drug addiction and drug crime in the field of youth leisure." She works as a chief teacher of the Vladimir Regional College of Culture and Art with the specialization “Choreographic Art”. As Julia Nikolaevna said, she presented a dance performance at the Olympics. The plot is like this: a young couple, a young man and a girl live together. Then they quarrel, and he leaves. Then he meets drug addicts. The girl unsuccessfully tries to return it. Then the drug addicts rape and beat the girl, and she dies in the arms of her lover.
In the end, I looked into the Great Hall, where Gennady Ivanovich Semikin, head of the Center for Healthy Technologies and Prevention of Drug Addgets in the Youth Environment. N.E. Bauman, told the audience about the creation of the All -Russian Volunteer Movement:
- Just by decision of representatives of 30-40 universities from the regions, a volunteer movement has been created.
- We must unite. The power of Russia in its collegiality and in the fact that we always won in the domestic wars, - Brun commented approvingly.
Leaving, I saw profiles for joining the Russian Narcological League.
- And what will happen to the questionnaire later? I asked the girl standing behind the counter.
“She will be considered by the Committee.”
- And then?
- If the application is approved, you will receive a membership ticket.
What the league members are specifically engaged in, it was not possible to understand, but those who wish can get acquainted with its goals here .
