Diaya | Physical education and sport occupied an important place in the life of Chechen society. This is evidenced by such loud names as Hasimikov, Badalov, Varayev, Shovkhalov, Taramov, Duguchiev, the Saitieva brothers and many others.
Among the Chechens, power sports are especially popular: free and classical struggle, judo, sambo, boxing and heavy athletics.
Unfortunately, the dramatic events of the last decade were in a rather regrettable way on this important side of the life of Chechen youth.
Opportunities that modern Chechnya provides athletes craving for growth, recognition, self -improvement, alas, are limited. And the potential, meanwhile, is great, guaranteeing the successes that Chechens still often achieve in a sports field, and these are not only local records, we are also available to the global level.
Many of our guys, willy-nilly forced to leave the republic, now stand for the states that opened the doors in front of them, bringing them victory, brilliantly winning the international tournaments of Belgium, Holland, Norway, Germany, Turkey, etc.
In the village of Samashki in the former building of the department store, destroyed during the hostilities, there is a Samashkin branch of the boxing of the Youth Sports School named after Lema Dadaev . Coaches Bekmars Arsaev, Hamzat Akhmadov, Alman, along with their pets on their own, restored the building, collected sports equipment in parts and began boxing training.
Both coaches and children are engaged in difficult conditions, despite the lack of equipment to equip the gyms, the lack of the necessary sports equipment, not to mention such an important stimulating factor as financing. You are amazed at their endurance, willpower, and finally, the perseverance with which they strive to prove themselves.
The twilight, the flickering of the burning candles, the gray walls, the shadows, the barely distinguishable faces of the training boxers, the outer chill of the inaccurate room, which I felt - in what environment are prepared, I am not afraid of the word, the future champions that grow up today ... The Samashkino Boxing team already went to Gudermes, Essentuki, and the All -Russian Tournament in Mineral Water. And everywhere she won the championship.
The pride of the Samashkin Sports School named after Lema Dadaeva - Khasanbek Shamaev, Said Musaev, Mansur Isaev, Imran Dadaev and other guys who took first places in various weight categories in the All -Russian boxing tournament, held in mineral waters.
In the future, the coaches want to open a freestyle struggle section, while the difficulties related to financing are hindered. There are many desires, but the possibilities are scarce. When the team travels to their expense for tournaments and counts only on their own resource, there is a truly path to victory.
This is an important, although not the only reason why many of our athletes left their republic. What to do if only abroad can they manifest themselves in full?
It is gratifying to note that now, as before, at the international tournaments of Europe, the glorious names of the Olympic champions of the Saitieva Olympic champions, beginners, but have already reached Zaurbek Temurziev, Zeemkhan Dzeitov and many others.
Zaurbek Temurziev in October 2000 went to Belgium, he had to look for a heavy athletics hall for a long time, but in early April 2001 he safely resumed training. At the end of April of the same year, he takes part in the championship of the Flemish zone among juniors and takes first place in the weight categories of 69 kg. And a month later, on May 17 in Brussels, Zaurbek in qualifying competitions for the Belgian championship ranks first. A little later, he brilliantly wins the Belgium championship itself, simultaneously setting a record in a push.
Zaurbek is very assertive and achieves excellent results, despite the fact that he began to engage in heavy athletics by sports standards late, at 17 years old. At the International Tournament in the Province of Luxembourg with the participation of teams of eight European countries, Temurziev won again and received a special medal for the best equipment. At the championship of the French zone of Belgium in the city of Luvier Zaurbek, he took the first place in the weight categories of 69 kg.
There is every reason to hope that the list of his victories will not end there ...
Even against the backdrop of the international victories of our countrymen , Zeemkhan Dzeytov causes special admiration, who at his ten years won such awards that any eminent athlete could be proud of. Zeemkhan winner of the international tournament in the Greco-Roman wrestling, held in Holland in April 2003. Not only Chechens are boasting this boy today, but all of Belgium. Moreover, there is something to be proud of: Dzeytov-the repeated champion of Belgium in the Greco-Roman wrestling in weight up to twenty-five kilograms and the holder of many prizes and letters.
I also want to note Rizavdi Magomadov (38 kg.) And Rizvan Gantemirova (32 kg), which became champions of Belgium.
For any athlete, the greatest test of his strength, and in case of success, the highest point of career is the Olympiad. Participation in the Olympic Games is the cherished dream of our future champions. We wish them good luck!
