I expected a regular meeting of friends with tea and pies without any incidents. Preparation for the meeting went on its own. On November 10, I went to Moscow for new thermos, in which I planned to cook tea and coffee for my friends.
I also decided to cook pies with potatoes and meat for a meeting. For this in the evening, I went for the ingredients to Auchan. Together with the ingredients, I bought a green bag in which the pies were carried on 10/11/2016
On the morning of November 11, the alarm clock rang at exactly 5 o’clock. I prepared pies, tea and coffee, which took me about four and a half hours. I was a little late for the meeting. The pies put Auchan in a green bag. One thermos in 3.2 liters with coffee put in a backpack, which I wore on my back, and the other thermos in 3.2 liters with tea I put in a conventional cellophane bag. He left the house with two bags in his hands (tea and pies) and with a backpack on his back (coffee).
He came to the parking lot of Mega Khimki in the region of 10:30. There, Sergei Rudametkin (Fiat), which he parked closer to the main entrance of Ikei, had already gathered at the car of Sergei Rudametkin. He saw and greeted Elena Filippova, Olga Reznikova, Sergey Rudametkin, Mikhail Kurbatov, Ruslan Kozyrev, Vladimir Sinitsyn. I also saw a familiar journalist from a new newspaper, Dmitry Rebrov. There were several people whom I did not know and saw for the first time, for example, Ekaterina Bolotov, Oleg Litvinov. There were people there, whom I saw in the face and did not communicate so much before, for example, Dmitry Lazarenko and Igor Melnikov. We stood and expected coming friends to go to me to drink tea, eat and talk together.
After a long (more than 30 minutes) standing in the cold, Dmitry offered to put my bags and a backpack in the trunk of his car so that I would not carry them, which I did with pleasure.
After some time, I heard from someone that my other friend, Sergei Ainbinder, approached the police who intend to take him to the department. I became interested in the reason and what is happening, so I decided to approach and find out about the situation to the car of Sergei Ainborder, which stood closer to the main entrance to Mega Khimka . There were my other friends and acquaintances, Elena Filippova, Dmitry, Mikhail Kurbatov, Sergey Rudametkin and others. All I saw was like Sergey Ainbord communicated with the police, who were about 13 people, then he was put in a forced (for my perception) form in the car and taken away. There were two green flags of a driver's union in the car of Sergey Ainborder, in which he consists and is a participant.
We decided to finally go to Mega to sit and chat. I asked Dmitry Lazarenko to take my bags and backpack from his trunk. After I took my things, I told Dmitry that I was going to Mega, to the restaurant courtyard, where you can sit and talk at the tables, which was planned to gather before.
Already in Mega, we put the tables to each other, I laid out pies, tea and coffee on the table, offered to get out. There was about 6.4 liters in the aggregate tea and coffee, so everyone was able to pour drinks. Pies with potatoes and meat was plenty of all. There were about twenty of us. Not all people knew names, I am not sure that I know them now. I saw someone in the face to that, and I met someone for the first time and only met. For example, I met Oleg Litvinov, who brought a guitar with him to Mega, on which he performed several of his wonderful songs. We talked about past meetings, about the distress of truckers, about the legitimate possibilities of transformations in society, as well as on different abstract topics. So we sat in the Mega of Khimki for about two or even three hours.
Then we already decided to disperse. In the parking lot we were expected by journalists from the channel rain for the final interview about the truckers, which they took from Sergei Rudametkin as the chairman of the Moscow OPR. The journalists also asked Oleg Litvinov to play them on the guitar on the air. I knew that Oleg Litvinov was playing well, because I only recently heard his songs in Mega Khimki, where he played us. But Oleg said that he would perform some special song, so I decided to stay and not go far to listen. The publication was delayed, but for some reason the number of police officers became more in the parking lot. After the end of the live broadcast, on which Oleg Litvinov played his wonderful song, the police approached us. I have not heard any of the police officers, but they talked about something and even possibly argued with Mikhail Kurbatov, Vladimir Sinitsyn. As I understand it, they argued about the internal stickers on the car of Vlamir Sinitsyn. In order not to overtake events, I stepped aside and watched from the side. Then he heard from Elena Filippova that municipal deputy Andrei Malygin came up to us to meet. It became interesting for me to meet, I went to the deputy, we talked a little and stood together.
After some time, in the region of 15 o’clock in the afternoon, we were surrounded by police and one of them said to follow a special bus. No one introduced me and no one explained the reason for this requirement. But in order not to overtake events, because the police seemed to me too excited and emotional, I decided to go on the bus without showing the slightest disagreement.
All this time, after leaving the MEGA-Him-Himmka shop, in which we sat, talked, drank tea and eating pies, in my hands was a green bag of Auchan with several remaining pies and a bag with a half-empty thermos of tea, and on the back was a backpack with an empty thermos of coffee. So, with these packages in my hands and a backpack on my back, at the first request of an unknown policeman, I proceeded to the police bus.
In this photo (screenshot from the video of the direct broadcast of the rain TV channel), I hold two bags from the back (in one thermos with tea, in the other pies), and on the back of the backpack.
In this photo (screenshot from the video of the rain TV channel), I hold two bags from my face (in one thermos with tea, in the other pies), and on the back of the backpack.
In this photo (screenshot from the video of Sergei Rudametkin) I stand next to the municipal deputy Andrei Malygin, no one shouts anything, we have no flags and posters. Time is approximately 14:45.
After passing on the bus, someone sat on places that were not enough, I had to go standing. Olga Reznikov was brought into the bus on her arms. At that moment, when everyone was already on the bus, when they already started going, I looked at my watch, it was 15:09.
We were brought to the first police department for G.O. Khimki, who is located at G.O. Khimki Melnikova 32. This department is located next to the MEGA Khimki shopping center, but on the other side from the place where we were detained in the parking lot.
After we were brought, they said to go out and go inside the building. Olga was brought in her arms. We stood a little, waited for something . Nobody explained nothing, did not seem to be, but we were forbidden to leave the place. Everyone began to rewrite. Journalists were released, who were delivered with us.
One police officer came up to me (then he found out that his name was a novel, his last name is in the protocol), he did not introduce himself, he did not say what would happen next. I asked me for documents that I did not have, but I gave a photocopy of my passport. Waited. Then he said that I have a special case. I and Igor Melnikov, we were taken together to the department on Maria Rubtsova Street (not so far from the first department, no more than 7 minutes on foot) on the Audi SUV, where they wrote an explanation from my words. In it, I pointed out that I came to a meeting with friends, preparing tea and pies in advance. We met, sat in Mega. Then the police came up in the parking lot, surrounded us and said to take the bus.
After signing the explanations, he made a note on the sheet of explanations that was printed from my words, I was taken back to the department. Igor stayed there.
I waited in the police department for a long time. I was offered to sign the paper that I participated in the illegal rally, I refused, said that there was no rally, then they told me to wait further. Then he approached other police officers, confirmed his explanation, showed his driver's license. Then I was invited to the second floor of the department to the hall, where I met Elena Filippov, Vladimir Sinitsyn, Dmitry, Ekaterina Bolotova. I was told to wait. This policeman, who was engaged in me from the very beginning, Roman, brought me a protocol with article 19.3. I read it and I did not agree with him. Ekaterina Ivanova called, she was a familiar lawyer, a friend, asked her the best formulation for a record of disagreement with the protocol. Filling out this protocol, but did not sign part of receiving a copy of this protocol. Roman, this policeman, said that he would bring me a photocopy. Waited. Some remaining pies were attended by truckers who expected with me on the second floor. Then they spent me down to wait for a copy of the protocol. There were two detained young people, who were also detained for unknown reasons, but only from the very early morning, from 8 in the morning, I shared with them pies and tea.
Below, the duty unit had friends who arrived as soon as they learned about our detention. I saw with Ekaterina Ivanova and Anton Chernov. We talked a little. Some time later, Anton Chernov wanted to go out into the street, but he was not allowed by one police officer who stood at the entrance, he did not explain the reason. After waiting for another police officer, probably more than the main thing, the situation with the restriction of Anton’s freedom was resolved. That chief employee indicated to his younger colleagues who can and who cannot be released.
Then I was invited to the imprisonment cameras. On the way there, I managed to transfer my wallet, a clock and a photo camera for storage to Ekaterina Ivanova.
After waiting for the cameras, Roman (policeman) brought me a copy of my protocol, which was poorly printed, so I asked him to make a copy again. The second time he brought again a poorly printed protocol, I asked him to read aloud what he wrote in this protocol and, from his words, circled his handwriting with his. In front of me they searched Elena Filippova with two witnesses of women. Then, with two understood men, I laid out my things, one employee searched me. I handed over laces, scarf, belt, phone, trifle, bags and backpack. Then they took me to the camera, in which Sergey Ainbord and Nikolai Kutsurov were already located. On the way there, I saw in the first cell Mikhail Kurbatov, Vladimir Sinitsyn and Sergey Rudametkin, and in the second cell Olga Reznikov, Elena Filippova.
For some time we were in the three -time cell (I, Sergey Ainbord, Nikolai Kutsurov), then Igor Melnikov was brought to us. Our friends were handed over to a bag of food, before that I ate only in mega Khimki with everyone, I also had the last remaining remaining pie with potatoes and milk cream. Only in the camera he met Nikolai and Igor, before that Igor only saw me and remembered me in the face. I knew Sergey Ainbder before, but I never really communicated with him. We all met in the cell, then discussed our detention, talked on common topics.
The conclusion camera was small, rectangular, about one and a half meters by three and a half, the ceiling is high, three meters. It was dimly in the cell, I had to strain my eyesight in order to peer into the faces of the people with whom I spoke. The walls are painted in gray, on the walls of the inscription, some of them are illegible scribbles, somewhere evil sayings and words, somewhere the names of cities and dates. The sliding door to the exit was from an iron grate with plastic glass. There were no cracks in this door, she tightly closed the passage, which is why there was no freshest air ventilation. It was very stuffy, ventilation did not work or worked very poorly. There was not enough air, breathed heavily, the body was sweating quickly. Sergei Ainbord, during our conversation, also noticed poor air ventilation. It was a joy when the door opened and the new air filled our dark camera.
For sitting and lying there there was a cubic ledge on a long and short side, on which there were hard boards on top, and on the side of which an iron sheet. Only three people could hardly have been able to sleep on her. We were not offered mattresses. But after some time they brought to eat buckwheat with chicken meat wrapped in foil in plastic plates, and plastic forks were provided. Our friends, who were still waiting for us in the department at the duty unit, handed us bags of water and food. I wanted to drink, because the last time I drank tea in Mega with everyone.
After some time, two more young guys from Rostov took turns into our camera, I don’t remember names. They were imprisoned due to accusation of fraud with phones. There were six people in one small space, to lie down and stretch our legs a little has already become a luxury. We treated these guys food and shared our water, so soon we got along. Due to the large number of people in the cell, it became even more stuffy. Our friends were nearby, we saw them through the plastic glass of the camera when the aircraft door opened. It became calmer that my personal fate was not indifferent to someone .
Sergei Ainbinder managed to carry the phone into the camera and he sent a message from me to my mother that everything was fine with me. It was after midnight when the door of our camera was opened and they told me to go out. At first, I was upset that they wanted to free me, leaving my friends in the conclusion, but then they said that because of someone’s complaint about the overflow of the cameras, they were going to transfer us to another police department in old Khimki so that there we conduct the rest of the night before sending to court. I took my things, then Dmitry put on iron handcuffs, for the first time this was with me. These handcuffs poured into the wrist, caused inconvenience and were cold. To our question about why the handcuffs to put on, we were told that so that we would not run away. Then, with our things, we were put in the UAZ car in the back seat, where I was asked to move the police helmets to the side and down to free the place. Also with us in the car, Vladimir Sinitsyn was traveling. There were three of us in the back seat of the UAZ car, two police officers were sitting on the front two seats. We went.
Police officers in a conversation with us asked truckers not to hold stocks in Khimki so that drivers would reach Moscow, as they are tired. It turns out that in unforeseen situations they have to work for free, no one pays for this. They, the police, also do not like a lot, but they do not see the opportunity to change something , do not believe that you can change something .
We were brought to a new department, we handed over things and went into a new camera, which turned out to be more pleasant. The walls are painted in light and dark tones of green. Air ventilation is good, much warmer and lighter. But the places for lying in this cell became even smaller than in the last chamber, only one side with a solid surface of boards. It turned out only to two people to lie down and just sit alone. Neither mattresses nor pillows with blankets were given to us and were not offered to give. They slept in clothes with excerpts, as they succeeded.
I was in this second cell with Dmitry and Vladimir Sinitsyn. Mikhail Kurbatov and Igor Melnikov were soon brought to the neighboring camera. In conversations about cars, work and life , some time has passed. A little managed to take a nap in an incomprehensible pose, twisting.
Dawn. We were not fed and did not drink in this department, we did not ask. But at the first request, they put it on the toilet. In the morning, Ekaterina Ivanov was launched to us, I gave her my protocol. We agreed to meet in court. Catherine said that many people support us, that there will be human rights activists. The police told us that we would soon be taken to court.
We waited a little in our cells. Then we were released from them, they gave us things. We are a five of us (I, Mikhail Kurbatov, Vladimir Sinitsin, Dmitry, Igor Melnikov) got into the police car, before which there were no handcuffs on us, they were no longer worn, we were taken to court. The moods were peppy.
We, five, were brought to trial. We got out of the car. Someone lit a cigarette, I expected the readiness of everyone. Then we went into the court building. We were expected by various good and kind people, they spoke very pleasant and encouraging words that raised our mood very much.
I had one green bag in which I put another bag with thermos, as well as a backpack on my back. He left the bag and backpack to Ekaterina Ivanova, but took the phone with him.
Good people gave me food, but it was inconvenient for me to take, so I tried to kindly refuse. Nevertheless, someone took food and put in my green bag, which was left with Catherine.
We, five, were drawn to the courtyard, brought left around the corner where even from the courtyard is not visible. There was a Gazelle car, we were put there to wait for the queue for the trial. There was already Sergey Rudametkin, Nikolai Kutsurov. In the car, Gazelle was not enough for all places, had to stand, or squatted. It was cool in the cabin, the heater was periodically included. Then they began to invite and take in turn to the court building. We had phones, so we were aware of the events. They knew about the support from which it became more joyful and calmer.
After some time, they remembered that no one ate nothing in the morning, and all those products that good people gave us left with my green bag with Ekaterina Ivanova. Men also wanted to smoke. Someone contacted someone , asked to transfer the bag of food and water. After some time, they brought us to eat, but not immediately. After we ate, the mood improved significantly. We talked on common topics from life, called up with friends and relatives.
So one person was taken from Gazelle to the court building. By phone, we received information about the already held court decisions. It’s already dark. I went the penultimate. Sergey Rudametkin remained the last to go. When we learned that our friends (Olga Reznikova, Elena Filippova, Ekaterina Bolotov) are still being kept in the cell and plan to keep it until the next day, it became very painful and unpleasant for us. Sergei wanted to offer to exchange in order to let the girls go forward and they did not have to be in the imprisonment chamber for another night. He even seemed to have such a proposal to someone , but they did not listen to him.
As soon as I entered and greeted everyone in the courtroom, they already told me what I should expect - my guilt and a fine of a thousand rubles. Nevertheless, this was my first court, it seemed to me somehow incredible everything that was happening that the judge could not help but believe my truthful words about my innocence. I was mistaken. I was introduced to my defenders, there was a confusion in my head. They gave me a sheet with a petition for defense representatives so that I read it.
The trial began. The judge came, a very pleasant and soft woman, as it seemed to me, sat down on the pedestal. The process has begun. I confirmed my trust in the court. I read a petition for the defenders, I received it.
I was accused of disobedience to the police, article 19.3. They informed me that I was saying aloud “no to Plato” that someone allegedly introduced me from the police, that they allegedly asked me to stop the action and warned me about the consequences, and I refused to obey, for which I got to the administrative court. My amazement knew no bounds.
I briefly informed my story that I did not take part in any stocks, I had no posters, flags in my hands, but only packages with thermos and pies. He said that no one was introduced to me and no one asked me anything, but only heard "go on the bus", and before that "surround them".
Then my defense called two witnesses, Dmitry and Vladimir Sinitsyn, who also confirmed that I did not shout anything, did not hold any posters and flags, did not resist any requirements of the police. My witnesses were also confirmed by handcuffs who put on me and the conditions of stay in the cell. The side of the defense refused to consider videos, as well as calling those police officers who wrote reports about my detention and allegedly disobedience to them.
The judge listened to everything, but in the final decision found me guilty, awarded a fine of a thousand rubles. She said that she had no reason not to trust the police reports, that my defense did not provide arguments and grounds for her other decision to justify me. The court is over. I waited for a copy of the decision, signed in receipt.
Then he was present at a court hearing in the case of Sergey Rudametkin. About the same thing repeated there, only without the call of witnesses, which reduced the total time. The same decision with the same fine.
After leaving the courtroom, I went down to the hall and to the street, where a lot of people awaited us. A very happy and joyful moment of the meeting took place. The condition was very tired, but after the meeting, elevated. Someone went home, and with someone agreed to go to the department to our friends to support them.
Tatyana Konkova brought me to my house. I told her that I would run home to change, brew the girls with tea in a plastic bottle and can take something to eat, and then I would come to the police department. He changed his house at home, talked a little with his parents, explained everything to them, they support me. He brewed tea, took vegetables and fruits in a bag, walked to the police department. I got in ten minutes somewhere . There was Ekaterina Ivanova, Tatyana Konkova, Irina Rusanova, Mikhail Krbatov, Vladimir Matveev, Mikhail Okunev. It was very joyful to see everyone, but especially Olya Reznikova and Elena Filippova, albeit through the windows of the camera and the department of the duty unit. We handed over tea and bags with food, but we ourselves drank tea a bit, because I brought him five liters, and Mikhail also wanted to. When parting, I agreed with Catherine to meet in the morning in the department at our friends in order to bring breakfast and support before leaving for court.
In the morning I woke up at about seven. I prepared breakfast for friends. I made pancakes with sour cream, toasts with cheese, cut tomatoes and cucumbers. He brought breakfast to the department, handed it out. Then Ekaterina Ivanova drove up, she gave this department the Constitution with wishes and notes, did this through an official statement with an explanation. We went to court, where the process of Olga Reznikova, Elena Filippova and Ekaterina Bolotova was being prepared.
In general, all processes passed identically by the court and judge. The differences were in the presentation of their stories by defendants. Olga had a very brave and brave, confident appeal to Elena, Soft, sincere and tender, Catherine’s emotional, shocking and hard. I really liked how the girls coped and showed themselves in court. After the trial, everyone was very tired, and therefore they decided to settle as soon as possible to rest and recover.
I want to express the deepest gratitude to the public for support and help. Even emotionally, the knowledge that someone will not abandon you there is very important, this gives strength and does not allow you to break. There is a desire to fight for justice, for an honest court and the police, for the development of civil society.
Very much thanks to all those people with whom I went through all this, through detention and conclusion.
Olga Reznikova, thank you very much. You are an indicative example of the firmness of the spirit, courage, knowledge and mind. I am very delighted with everything that you do, what you plan to do. Mikhail Kurbatov and Sergey Rudametkin, thank you very much. You are very brave, and next to you, I also become bolder, more confident. You have expanded my boundaries of understanding the capabilities of a person who may not eat and sleep, but do your job, do your job. You are very smart, calm and positive. You know how to listen, you are able to change your opinion, if you hear reasonable arguments, you will see evidence.
Vladimir Sinitsyn, Dmitry, Nikolai Kutsurov, Igor Melnikov, Sergey Ainbord, Ekaterina Bolotova thank you the most huge for support, for communication, which did not allow you to give up. You are wonderful people who are ready to go through imprisonment for the sake of freedom, truth and justice.
Special thanks I would like to say to Ekaterina Ivanova. You are the most amazing and reliable support. Knowing that you are near, that you are on the phone, gives incredible confidence and tranquility. Thank you very much, Catherine, that you went with us through the lawlessness of the system, did not give up, not tired and did not leave us. This means a lot to me and the rest. Often, due to modesty, not everyone says how wonderful you are, but in personal conversations they often mention your fantastic support and help. You make people better, changing fate irrevocably for the better.
Special thanks I would like to say to Tatyana Konkova, Yose and Stanislav Svintsov. You are the most amazing family, very kind and interesting. Your support and help is invaluable, you are invaluable in my eyes. Yasya you have a noblest child, despite his age, I want to go to him. Thank you for everything.
Special thanks to the most huge Irina Rusanova, Mikhail Okunev, Vladimir Matveeva, Vladimir Mikheev, who was very unexpected, but incredibly nice to see. Thank you friends for your support, she means a lot.
Thanks to everyone who came to the courtroom, who read the Constitution. The police themselves came to us in shock, they were struck by such support on your part and began more polite, more courteous to communicate with us, even make concessions. You are wonderful people. Thank you.
Thanks to everyone who supported remotely, distributed information about our detention and the progress. Thanks to this, people understood the significance of what was happening.
Thank you very much for reading.
