Why did new objects need new items if the schoolchildren are galloped in Europe? ” - the reader will exclaim, having familiarized himself with dozens (if not hundreds) of this kind of textbooks and methodological guides for teachers. Not a single official was punished, who slapped a stamp for the waste paper: “ allowed ”, “ allowed ” - and dropped it into a school or into a university, as in a garbage bucket.

On the old habit, raised by 70 years of the “ totalitarian regime ”, we substitute in the condition of the task of training minor citizens mathematics, history, religious studies - even the law of God (we have little, or what, taught the Soviet regime under the name “Social Science”?) - so that the graduates of the very country know the subject. Then, at the next stage of ascent to knowledge, there is a university where the most capable of these graduates will become specialists.

And the society, interested in having good doctors, architects, mathematicians and artists, supports its future with subsidies, benefits and student scholarships.

Theoretically (in mind and conscience) - right.

But where did we get that the task is to teach someone? What is the real educational policy just that?

Today we have two types of activities in the industry, two non -overeating professions. One thing is education . And a completely different matter is education reforms.

It only sounds like (like a Swiss - and the Swiss, an agent - and director of the federal agency). It is worth a look at the representatives of the two professions once - at their boots, teeth, vehicles (or the absence of it), so that they will never confuse them in life.

Teachers, university teachers and other state employees are engaged in education. With all the part -time jobs, processing, surgery for seniority and for options, the average Russian teacher will not earn a month that the “ reformer” receives one -time. For what? For a couple of pages of abstruse chatter about “ Bologna processes”, “ integrative modules ” and “free school” , where children are not taught, so as not to inadvertently violate their “ human rights”. This Velesov is written with the left foot through the right buttock, as well as the aforementioned "integrative textbooks of the new generation." And then in an endless circle is discussed by colleagues by profession. And the currency is dripping. The one that is " not enough " for equipment in the physics office and for the salary of the teacher.

Some mistakes could be corrected quite easily - a manifestation of political will. Others hid behind the objective contradictions of development, which our capitalist competitors then faced. After 30 years, one cannot but admit that with the universal secondary education L.I. Brezhnev hurried somewhat. But the fictitious certificates of our vocational schools are still better than the Western option for solving the same problem: " Free School", which builds falsification to virtue. At the heart of its Soviet system remained healthy, logical and humane. Any of competing models (German, American, English) had no less disadvantages.

Unfortunately, history does not know the subjunctive mood. After the Belovezhsky putsch, people of a different profession took advantage of the real difficulties of schools and universities to solve their own problems, who have nothing to do with the enlightenment of the people. I put the word "reform" not from great conservatism, but because the terms have a specific meaning, and reforms (without quotes), we call actions that are useful and progressive at least in the project. Mavrodi, thank God, is not yet considered a banking reformer.

The first "reform" of education is the legalization of what was approved by the putting order in the putrefactive Yeltsin regime, that is, universal corruption, meaningless and stupid. Fake universities have bloomed through the country with "rash with plague" , where it is not clear who is not clear who is not clear what, and as a result, a diploma is issued. Five years later, both receive the same diplomas. If this is not corruption, then what is corruption? And how to explain to a young specialist after that, what to take and give bribes is not good?

The second thimble crushed high school. Called " concentrations ". In order for the "Chukharkins children" who will not go to high school, they managed to get a primitive, but formally completed idea of ​​each subject, it is ordered to go through the same thing in a row. The history of the Fatherland from Veles to the village of Prigov (except for jokes, also a historical character to study) ends in grade 9 ( "first concentration" ). In the 10th, it begins in a new one, with the same Veles ( "second concentration" ). But this is not a mechanical repetition. The “first concentration” taught a wretched primitive: a minimum of facts, not to mention their understanding. But in high school - "problem approach" , i.e. Abstract-theoretical idle talk, divorced from any specific material. As a result, science is not studied at all. Which was required to provide.

The “ module” has chosen: “Gender aspects of multiculturalism during the period of forced authoritarian modernization” .

Reporting a thimble back and forth, the "reformers" do not forget to let a tear in time. To the right - regarding the fact that in Russia there is no money for schools and universities. It is especially funny to hear this in a city where you can’t not only drive through many streets, but even walk out of the paste at different angles of expensive foreign cars, and there are more gambling establishments than bakery. Another tear is for poor kids suffering from "overloads". From the " extra" mathematics , " excessive " biology, "excessive" Pushkin. And this is how unloading is carried out. What to do with this is understandable to any person, even without higher education. If you are concerned with the fate of the student, you will have to first separate the cutlets from flies in higher education, that is, universities in the normal meaning of the word, where capable young people are taught socially necessary specialties. And only such universities provide subsidies and benefits. The taxpayer should not take away an extra orange from his own children in order to finance someone's training on an advertising distributor, political scientist and show. The fewer the “ horns and hooves” and fake students with preferential travel agencies are less disguised as universities, the more money will go to real higher education. Of course, special rights also imply special responsibility. For false diplomas from the rector, you need to ask how for false money. And who to take in universities? Naturally, talented. And only experienced professionals can determine this, communicating with an applicant face to face. The future pilot is recognized by a pilot, a biologist - a biologist, a musician - a musician. I'm afraid to offend scientists of economists, but the abilities for surgery or, for example, are in no way related to the design of nuclear power plants with the amount of money in the pocket of parents. Therefore, taking training fees from students is worse than immoral. Stupid. But, recognizing this, we will not make higher education free. Student accounts for lectures, reagents and light in the audiences will still have to pay for someone. They will pay for their company. Taking him money, the young man takes on certain obligations. In the way, in practice, the Soviet distribution of young specialists was carried out, there were enough absurdities and injustices, but it was based on its reasonable and fair idea. Today we have no better than “ returning, having made a circle” to the old Soviet system, supplementing it with the advantages of a market economy: if you really thought out to work in your specialty, not to drive you into the clinic or to the factory from under the stick (the plant is more expensive). But, be kind, return to a penny that he borrowed.

And everything else is that over the years of “ reforms” for higher education: “educational services ”, clubs of elite leisure and just offices selling beautiful pieces of paper with a stamp - all this can continue to develop (unless, of course, it violates the laws, issuing their congratulatory card for the state -owned document) in the conditions of free market competition with disco, cafes and massage salons. Perhaps, from this commercial environment will someday grow a new, non-traditional educational institution worthy of state support and mentioning a comma with MIFI and RSU in one telephone reference book. Well - when it grows up, then we’ll talk.

In my opinion, the foregoing is so simple and obvious that the discussions do not require special. Scientific discussions will begin later. The education smashed (and continue to smash) people with academic degrees, not stupid than you and me. Their activity is based on a social order. In Russia (and in a number of other countries), a creeping revision of the main conquests of democracy has been carried out since the end of the twentieth century. Knowledge should also become the privilege of the highest class. It is no accident that the pedestals, freed from Marx and Engels, immediately occupied such " great thinkers of the twentieth century ", like A.F. Losev and V.V. Rozanov. To Boris Moiseyev’s most tender sounds, interspersed with prayers and a crunch of knocked out teeth in the next Hollywood super -unit, the uninterrupted (from beer and drugs) the lines of Russian schoolchildren will reach for the new Middle Ages. None of the unfortunate fools will compete with a noble offspring either in the high -qualified labor market or on a career ladder. And even in the elections it will not object - as in the "box" they will say and vote.

Drawing this apocalyptic picture, the author does not share the extremes of the class approach. In Russia, it often happened that it was the power, the ruling class took care of the enlightenment of subjects: the legendary Vladimir Red Solnyshko, Peter the Great, and the Soviet leaders who financed the 700,000 -thousand circulations of the magazine " Knowledge - Strength" . Unfortunately, under Yeltsin, those who deliberately played a decrease - defense capacity, average life expectancy and everything else, including the intellectual and moral level, came to power. Thank God, in the high spheres of politics and macroeconomics, Putin managed to slightly squeeze the chicks of Borisov's nest.
