Vasily Utkin died

Journalist and sports commentator Vasily Utkin died at the age of 52. It is reported by "Match TV".

According to BAZA, on March 19, Utkina was urgently delivered to the Cardiological Department of the Pirogov Hospital in Moscow. Doctors diagnosed him with acute vascular failure. The journalist was connected to the IVL apparatus, but resuscitation actions were not brought. The preliminary cause of death is called the pulmonary thromboembolism.

• Vasily Utkin was born in Balashikha on March 6, 1972. He studied at the Faculty of Philology of Moscow Pedagogical State University. In the mid-1990s, he gained fame as a sports commentator and author of the Football Club program at NTV and NTV-Plus. He also worked on the TV channels Match TV and Eurosport. In 2004-2005, Utkin became the laureate of the TEFI Award in the nomination "Best Sports Commentator". He was a co -owner of the portal Sports.ru. In recent years, he led his own Yetuub channel and was the owner of the amateur football club Egrisi. Utkin is also known for cooperation with the Quartet I and Roles in the films "Elections Day" and "Elections 2 Day".
