These are our children

Since October 29, 2013, on the basis of the legal center of the Arkhangelsk regional branch of the All -Russian Society of the Deaf (Arkhangelsk, 78 R. Lukebburg St., a joint draft of the Commissioner for the Rights of the Child in the Arkhangelsk Region for the provision of legal assistance to families with disabilities.

It is assumed that every month every last Tuesday from 17:00 to 20:00 will be a special welcome on the problems and solving legal issues of families with disabilities.

Reception will be organized by preliminary record by phone 292290 .

Olga Smirnova, who is authorized under the governor of the Arkhangelsk Region for Child Rights, together with the lawyer of the legal center Galina Shashurina, will accept on family issues on the issues of protecting the rights of children to education (problems in kindergartens, a biased attitude towards a child from teachers), the solution of housing issues faced with families, and others.

The legal center of the Arkhangelsk regional branch of the All -Russian Society of the Deaf has many years of experience in the provision of legal services to disabled people of Arkhangelsk and the region. This type of legal assistance is provided for disabled people at the expense of funds involved in the framework of social projects.

Legal counseling is conducted in the legal center weekly, twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 17:00 to 20:00.

At present, such an opportunity to provide legal assistance to disabled people exists thanks to the implementation of the social project “People with disabilities - for equality before the law”, an open society supported by the Institute - Assistance Fund (Budapest, Hungary).

Also one of the tasks of the project is to inform and the legal education of people with disabilities, which are realized through round tables, seminars and the monthly issue of legal ballots “protect the rights together”.
