Recently, the Ryazan region in the federal and network media is mainly in a negative context. And, unfortunately, there is every reason for this.

As you know, two topics are now widely discussed (both, by the way, relate to the Mikhailovsky district of our region).

The first topic is the beating of the operator of the GRK "Oka" Yuri Kosorotov in the performance of his duties. Recall that they starred a report on illegal export from the territory of the Chernozem region. The person caught in the commission of an offense was not only not afraid, but inflicted a blow to the operator with a tripod, began to threaten members of the film crew. Moreover, he was not embarrassed by the presence of a representative of the state body - inspector of Rosselkhoznadzor.

The second incident is the beating of the parents (and their neighbor) of the correspondent of the Brani.ru portal Veniamin Dmitroshkin by the husband of the head of the settlement. And although attempts are already visible to reduce this incident to a household scandal (the elderly prevented the appropriate for “noe” building materials), however, witnesses claim that by striking the elderly, the “Kommersant” remembered them their son’s publications about the events in the village.

Thus, a terrible picture appears before my eyes: local “leaders” and “merchants” are not only sure of their right to commit any offenses and crimes, they still have no doubt about their impunity. Even the coverage of their actions in the media does not stop criminals. And if they are not afraid to beat representatives of the media and their relatives, then what can they do and do with “ordinary” citizens?

Dear Oleg Ivanovich! What role does the Ministry of Regional Government now play in the structure of the regional government for territorial entities led by Vladimir Kravchuk? It seems that its exceptional role is the planting in the municipalities of the “specific princes”, which, in exchange for guaranteed results of the elections, receive their “lands” in absolute possession. And they can rob, steal, beat those who counteract them with impunity. What are you waiting for, Oleg Ivanovich? Any massacre by analogy with Kushchevskaya, and then will you say that they could not have assumed like that?

Dear Anatoly Ivanovich! Do you think that after the reform of your department, in addition to changing the name, at least something should change? Well, for example, an increase in the sense of security of citizens from arbitrariness, should the policeman cease to be associated with the defender of the interests of power and money? By the way, the question. When the bastard beat the elderly because of the articles of their son, only a young guy, a resident of the village, was able to stop him. He simply held the attacker, but did not hit. And if he could not restrain himself, and still cracked at least once? Any normal person will say: and would have done it right. But in the village, everyone is sure that then he would definitely rattle in jail. And to the one who beat three old people with impunity, they did not even threaten a finger.

We believe that such a shame needs to be put an end. And for this you do not need so much - just show your will. We do not need to declare that "cases are under control." Make the police and officials at least once do your job. There are plenty of witnesses for each of the above fact.

We will not allow these two cases to be “on the brakes”, we want to receive detailed, quick and clear information from your press services about the progress of the investigation. We are firmly convinced that the defendants must be in custody before the court, since by their behavior they sufficiently confirmed their danger to others, they are clearly able to put pressure on the victims, witnesses and the investigation authorities. In addition, being not poor people, both may well hide.

We still hope that at least these two episodes will not remain unpunished.
