The main purpose of political parties is the conquest of power or its implementation. This is the meaning of the entire political struggle. Today in our region there is no that political force that could really become a real opposition of the authorities, and the head of the region itself. And soon she will appear.

I am for the region to develop progressively. But development is a struggle. The struggle for its existence. The debt of the republic to the federals is growing. Like the debt of the citizens of the republic themselves. After all, the federal center gives money for use, but not free.

We could become a self -sufficient region ourselves if we had not forgotten about oil. Indeed, at this time, oil development in the region is not conducted. Why? The answer is simple. The neighboring Tatarstan leads its prey, but is geodesically higher than Mari El. And it is more difficult for him to get her. While oil production in Mari El is less costly. Since drill must be relatively shallow.

And when. Mr. Markelov announced oil, he was threatened from neighboring Tatarstan. And the development was mothballed. The republic has lost millions, hundreds of millions.

So the head takes our money from the federals.

For example, take the same Kazankovsky state farm "Zvenigovsky", all his income goes into neighboring regions. I consider it necessary to transfer the state farm to the municipalities so that I bring income to the republic. And in general, as a communist who advocates power advice, is one of the richest people of the republic. How is he, criticizing power himself entered into it? How he, who advocated the resignation of Markelov, in view of his security and significant capital, himself has capital outside the region. Why the Mari state farm "feeds" the neighboring Chuvashia, Tatarstan. I do not mean products, but the capital that Kazankov holds there. And he, capital, works there. Where is patriotism? Where is the true face of Kazankov? There is no him. And there was no.

Why did he advocate for the termination of oil development in Mari El? Do we need such people? I will say no.

And what about Markelov himself, he is a “bird” burdened with power. And he lives on its own, the region itself, and we are ordinary citizens on their own. Do we need Markelov with his verses? Everyone decides for himself. And that is why our interests are different in our country. But they, oddly enough, coincide on the eve of the election.
