Today, the most important task is to increase the level of confidence in power. Why are they so pressing on people in the elections? It is clear that there is a pressure from above: it is necessary to provide interest, etc. But any pressure, manipulation, any such statement of the issue in the future destroys the country, that is, it is anti -state activity.

Today we have practically no public administration. If the business is trained in managerial technologies, then the authorities are completely not trained. In business, if you produced any goods, then he must inspire confidence in the consumer. The public service should also inspire confidence. Normal management involves analysis, identifying the problem, setting goals, planning, etc. It is advisable to do this together with the population, with business, so that we all understand how the authorities think. Indeed, depending on how the manager understands the problem of what goals sets, and what solutions sees, ideology is formed, which is the basis of politics. Here the Communists say that you need to go like this, right - along a different path. And today no one says how to go, because there is no management. So it turns out that in our elections there is a “buying up” votes through promises of budget expenses, and not a struggle of ideas.
