Before May 9, President Putin with his signature relieved him from his posts and duties. Now the functions of Vlad as Deputy Prime Minister will temporarily fulfill another deputy chairman-Arkady Dvorkovich, and also. O. The head of the apparatus will be the current first deputy leader Sergei Prikhodko. If the first is known, recognizable and applies (formally) to the right -wing wing of the Cabinet of Ministers, then the second observers evaluate as a purely technical, careful, without their own initiatives. True, there are rumors around the White House that soon someone alone will be fully replaced by Surkov, but these are only rumors. Moreover, it is difficult to even imagine the figure of a Surkovsky scale.

In the first place in a series of obvious Surkovsky "jambs" you can safely set the Skolkovo project, where he was directly accused of secret financing of the opposition (crazy fees of small -grass demagogue Ilya Ponomarev). But not only this - last year, Vlad tried to drag a draft bill through the government on the expansion of tax and other benefits for the Skolkovo Foundation, which Putin personally imposed a veto. And this already smacks with financial abuse, not to say directly - by theft.

In mid-April, the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR) opened a criminal case against the senior vice president of the Skolkovo Foundation Alexei Beltyukov under a waste article. On May 1, Surkov, speaking at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences, criticized the TFR for excessive energy in statements about theft in Skolkovo. In response, the representative of the Investigative Committee Vladimir Markin in the article in Izvestia wondered how long the member of the office of E.I. will be held in his chair, if he, being on a private visit in Moscow, will publicly condemn Scotland Yard, and Surkov replied that graphomanism would not comment. They say that it was the London speech of the groundhog that was the last straw in his close relationship with the Kremlin. Allegedly, Putin could no longer cover his pet to the detriment of his other Silovik friends.

As for the Surkovic relations with the opposition, here, in my opinion, is more and more transparent. If Vlad did not even create it directly, but supervised and directed it, then who else to feed the “swamps”?

However, there is an opinion that in the story with the Bolotnaya and Skolkovo, the puppeteer of Surkov promoted the idea of ​​creating a modernist party of liberals under Medvedev as an heir. However, Putin at the beginning of the year felt a surge of fresh forces (before that, rumors about his serious health problems went on the Internet for a long time), and transferred relations with the government into the regime of his own control. In this scheme, surkov becomes not just superfluous, he begins to interfere with his presence, causing them unnecessary speculations and conspiracy versions.

So who was (or still) Vlad Surkov in Russian politics of the beginning of the twenty -first century? The fact that such types as the crazy Eurasian Dugin call him “absolute evil”, for me sounds with a plus sign. The fact that Surkov, remaining in his views and qualities by a pro -Western liberal, Atlantic, intellectual, turned the original unclean business - politics - into a dirty garbage dump, discrediting the concept of “democracy” by the prefix “sovereign”, for me a unequivocal minus.

Vlad is a cunning fox, a man who was not enough to sit on two chairs, give him a dozen, no less. You can’t say anything, the virtuoso of the simultaneous game - here is chess, dominoes, and a torn fool, everything is at once. However, he did not allow the nationalists to be raised, he removed the “homeland” and the Eurasians from the field for a long time, if the liberals were lost with him, then mainly through his fault. And the alternative to Putin, who served (this is exactly the verb in the past tense) faithfully, he chose the modernist, Western, and not the komonno-left, and not patriotic radical.

Why did the "master" endure him for so long? In my opinion, Putin did not really delve into this sector, at that stage he was more worried about practical questions-a new course in foreign policy, lifting the economy, the transition to the rails of hospitalism, the accumulation of funds received from oil and gas exports, and otherwise. Games in party science, at the appointment of regional chapters, he considered something secondary that he could wait.

But now the time has come, and the "owner" unloaded with business. It is not for nothing that Vyacheslav Volodin took the place of Surkov in the Kremlin, in whose gaze it is difficult to catch even a hint of a deep thought. In short, a simple performer with limited functions, even the party comrades talk about him with poorly hidden irony (and the Internet ...). So, another at this historical stage is not required.

And the point of reasoning? We still cannot influence the situation ...
