Why is this almost everywhere? For example, we, living in apartments, pay for the maintenance of a place of residence, for garbage collection. Why can not apply such a practice to garages? At the moment, the situation is such, everyone for himself. I don’t need to heat, I won’t pay and it’s not interesting that the pipe goes through my garage, let them turn off, and with me another 10 people who need it warmly. Bad driveways? Well, what, I have a car of increased cross -country ability, let those who cannot drive repair. Garbage? Come on, who sees these heaps between the garages there. Whoever needs it will be removed.

My opinion, it is necessary to adopt laws obliging the owners of garages to pay for some minimum set of services, the same garbage, heat, and the content of the surrounding area. The list of the necessary services is to negotiate at general meetings, the decisions of which are necessary for everyone. Do not like it, sell the garage. Otherwise, forced penalty, as for rent.
