Previously, my friends and I walked along rural roads to the nearest forest for mushrooms. There is such a romantic hobby in our country who will gain these gifts of nature more, that is the hero. In the course of the case, we were greeted by rye, wheat, corn, potatoes. From everything he blew warm, human care - it was our homeland. In the early nineties, our family had a cottage, there were also well -groomed fields around. From a neighboring village, fresh milk was brought to us. And suddenly everything began to overgrown with a weed, the state abandoned the surrounding hectares. Not just overgrown fields looked at us, it was a desolation, not grown bread that disappeared our food. There are no cows, the last song of roosters in the village sakes the last song. Now in the summer we live among the wild field, and this is in the suburbs. What is done a little further?

Who owns our land now? Previously, it was the property of collective farms. At the beginning of perestroika, the collective farms broke up, people working in them had to get their share, share. About twenty years have passed, but most personal allotments have not yet been documented. In one of the rural settlements, officials return a set of papers about the right to the former collective farmers for the fifth time, sign the next comments.

At the defeat of collective farms, state farms, part of the earth managed to buy speculators, flew into prey, like black crows. They didn’t grab it to become farmers, but for resale in the future and leasing the same peasants. There were not so many people who want to bite the land from speculators or pay a super -worthy fee for rent. So it is not known whose allotments are Buryan. And the state is in no hurry to give this wealth, in the form of peculiar vouchers, the so -called land shares. So there is a noise land in our open spaces. At the beginning of this year, a rally of deceived shareholders from different regions of the Moscow region took place in the city of Solnechnogorsk. The rural deputy from the village of Krivtsovskoye Solnechnogorsk district Dmitry Trunin, opening the rally, said this was long before economic sanctions against our country: “We are forced to import products from meat and ending with vegetables. This is a disgrace when we buy potatoes in Spain, in Egypt, radish in Israel. We need to fight so that we are allocated by the Earth, so that we become masters on it and feed the country ourselves. ”

In the native settlement of Trunin, Krivtsovsky, 170 shareholders began to draw up documents for their allotments, paid a fee. Through a proxy, they passed all this to the cadastral ward. They were indicated from the gate - turn, they said that not all documents are in order. Before that, people went to the head of the registration chamber, he assured that everything was normal.

Now there are too many officials in Russia, 1.7 million people, as much as it was in the USSR, although the population was significantly larger then. The bureaucrats need to do something, so they come up with different prohibitions, new documents, torment people. They force the population to feed them with bribes from hopelessness.

Instead of a crop from the fields in state offices, they sell the nurse and land itself. They sell quietly, often illegally, this has become a significant part of the income of the “servants of the people”. In cities, for the construction of elite housing, various entertainment centers, they sell playgrounds, cut down squares, parks. In villages, villages, fields are sold for cottage buildings.

Residents of the village of Berezovka, Krasnoyarsk Territory, learned that the pasture, where their cattle were fed for many years, sold, the grazing is now prohibited there. People went to the local administration, and there all the claims were shaken. You, they say, are to blame, did not organize, did not take the pasture for rent. In the end, one could tell in advance, warn the villagers, but in a quiet one, they issued a sale. It was not difficult to find other empty places for sale, but the pasture was near the river and it can be divided into plots for the construction of cottages. This is how our people's power acts, here without quotation marks in the word folk, you can not do.

I managed to get acquainted with a wonderful person, the hero of the current days, a farmer from the Ramensky district of the Moscow Region Marina Zlotnikova. She often costs hung with posters in pickets in Moscow. I even went out to the main frontal place in Russia, Red Square. She immediately, breaking their hands behind her back, the police brought her into darker places. Here is one of the posters that were suspended on it on one of the pickets: “Gentlemen officials, if there is no state support of farmers of the Moscow Region, then stop, at least their criminal prosecution.” The whole life of the current Russian peasantry concentrated in the fate of this woman. Bandits, police and local officials came to her earlier. For a fair amount of money, they promised to ensure patronage, the so -called “roof”. She with anger dragged not called guests. As a result, her husband was accused that he had attempted to kill a neighbor. The victim did not appear at the court sessions, personally did not declare anything, but still her husband was imprisoned. He left for four years. Marina Ivanovna herself is now a subscription about the wizard, she seemed to attacked a walking policeman in the forest.

Marina Zlotnikova graduated from the Red Diploma Institute of Trade, worked as deputy director of a large store in the center of Moscow. But her rural life carried her away. Previously, in the place of her farm there was a landfill. Zlotnikovs cleansed this place and organized their economy on it. They now have bulldozers, an excavator, tractor. Now you can swim in the pond, Marina wants to make a beach here, fall asleep with sand so that there is a good relaxation area. Locals support her and often turn to her with their problems. The people have a fear of officials, as before some conquerors. They say that if you go against them, it will be even worse. Marina accustoms the villagers to fight for their rights, to oppose corruption together. Unlike many who shout on the protests just slogans, the farmer from Ramensky calls the names of specific officials and employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, whom he encountered in the struggle for their rights. People are being pulled on her pickets, together and seeking the council for officials and internal affairs officers. Around the farm of Marina, there are many fields that are not used for their intended purpose. The villains have a technique and desire to process them, but the local administration by all the truth and by crook sells these lands to strangers, supposedly for development. As a result, these fields are desolate.

Over the past ten years, the number of prosecutors and judicial employees in the country has almost doubled, from 115 thousand to 220 thousand people. These people also need to find application, many of the newly mobilized law enforcement officers are thrown into a very responsible job, compose criminal cases of objectionable persons.

Here is a brief retelling of the letter of Nikolai Vorubailo from the village of Trekhostrovskaya Ilovlinsky district of the Volgograd region. A man from this village divorced a thousand sheep, many cows. All summer he was prepared by hay, hard labor, so officials from the environmental service got it. After the next formidable letter from this organization, of which the farmer was accused that he had done harm to nature and should pay a large fine, the rural worker had a heart attack, they did not have time to save him. In Soviet times, the livestock breeder from the Volgograd region for labor valor, for the proximity to nature, would be awarded, and now a monument in the cemetery has become a reward. The son of the deceased began to engage in the economy, so the forester after the funeral of his father fined the new owner for 17 thousand rubles. In evidence, he shot in the photo “cakes” in the forest, supposedly from cows from this farm.

A peasant famous in Russia, Vasily Melnichenko from the Sverdlovsk region, dreams of organizing a meeting of peasants with Putin in order to adopt reasonable laws together and, finally, bring the country to provide their own foods. In the meantime, as Melnichenko says to buy and bring a fertilizer car, the peasant needs to violate 70 percent of Russian laws.

In 1988, on a cooperative wave, Melnichenko organized an agricultural cooperative. He built two roads in the village, several houses for young families, a bakery, and a mill, a fish processing workshop. Bandits, officials, law enforcement officers demanding to pay tribute to him, as well as to him, as well as Zlotnikova near Moscow. He refused this horde. And people in power began to break the naughty. It is unlikely that there will be another person in Russia, against whom so many criminal cases have been instituted, who would be counted countless times to illegal detentions and arrests, as well as numerous beatings. Melnichenko managed to defeat the most zealous investigators, but, in the end, the raiders decided to show someone in the village. The village of Dawn included 25 armed Cossacks, accompanied by seven police officers. This army began to break, burn production buildings, export equipment.

The cooperative farm was destroyed. Melnichenko came to his senses for several years. Then he was invited to the village of Galkinskoye. There used to be a large state farm, but in the 90s it was destroyed, plundered. There are no cattle, there are no equipment, the buildings are destroyed. Melnichenko began to implement his project "New Village - New Civilization". The purpose of the project, the creation of a multidisciplinary rural economy. From the predecessors, the farmer got 13 million debt, which, he only recently paid off this debt. Now vegetables are grown in the field, and work is also in the village. A rabbit farm was built, more than a thousand fluffy animals. The workshop for processing rabbit skins began to work, hats, fur coats are sewn from them, and meat is sold, including in a rural cafe. An impressive portion of the roof from the rabbit here costs only 60 rubles. A small hotel was built nearby, where truckers stop. A school, kindergarten, a first -aid post, a house of culture are now working normally. In the immediate plans, Melnichenko is to build a sheepfield and a feed factory. The main thing in the project “New Selo - New Civilization” to create such a farm to fill the local budget and give people a job with a decent salary. People should feel the masters in their village, more than one object should not be built without their knowledge.

In words, we have a lot about helping agriculture, but where to get the farmer Melnichenko funds for the development, construction of farms, and other enterprises? Take a loan, so you will not pay for it after. In the west and in China, the farmer gives a loan of 1%, and we have as much as 20%.

You have to get out and cunning. The chairman of the SEC “Our Life” Marina Zakharova from the Shuisky district of the Ivanovo region went along such a slippery path to support the collective farm afloat, it took a lot of money. Cunning bankers were afraid to give money directly to the enterprise - suddenly it would go bankrupt. There will be no one to ask. The chairman was advised to take a loan not on a collective farm, but to divide it into the collective farmers themselves. Tractorists and milkmaids did not have to persuade for a long time, because for the common good, for work, especially Zakharova promised that the collective farm would give all the debts itself. How did the peasants know that loans at predatory interest would not save their working house, all inflation would eat. As a result, the collective farm went bankrupt, and the former collective farmers had millionth debts to banks. Now, instead of “our life” there are destroyed buildings, an empty machine-tractor courtyard. The bailiffs even arrested manure. The millions of loans of peasants who issued only 57 thousand rubles, televisions, refrigerators.

“In our country, the cheapest cost in the world is possible in the world for the production of grain, potatoes, and meat. But due to administrative barriers and expensive documentation, we cannot realize this potential, ”the chairman of the Board of the National Association of Soyuzmoloko Andrei Danilenko said at a meeting of the section of the Moscow Economic Forum on September 24. “At that time, thanks to the resources that Russia possesses, we can produce up to 10 percent of food in the world.”

Nothing turns out with us with agrarian questions, there is no understanding of the problem, the strategy has not been developed, or maybe yet, the fried rooster did not peck in the right place. Of all the reforms in agriculture, only one was turned. Medvedev, being the president, refused to transfer the arrows of hours to the winter time, said that such changes in time violate the rhythms of time. Unfortunate cows do not understand why milkmaids come at another time.

Unfortunately, we understand the village, only as a production site, and these are our roots and the best traditions. The ancestors of a meter after a meter conquered the fields from the forest, they were inherited by children. This is our culture, our fairy tales, Levitan landscapes that we admire. It is necessary, first to be friends with the ground, to give the opportunity to take care of it, and the field will thank us, feed people.
