A worthy person. A strong, wise and far -sighted politician. In the 90s, the only one who did everything that could and probably even more for Russia. He did not let the country finally destroy.
The decision, which was made on March 24, 1999, the then head of the Russian government, Yevgeny Primakov, to cancel his official visit to the United States in protest against the beginning of the bombing of Yugoslavia, is still being discussed.
