The first snowfall in Yaroslavl always comes unexpectedly. So it was under the Volonchunas, so it was with Nechaev, under Malyutin, under Sleptsov ... And now, with the new mayor of Yaroslavl Vladimir Volkov, who in this position partly found last winter.

Of course, the battles with snow last season began a little later than in the current one. But they were also difficult: utilities suffered serious losses. But in reality, all this is cleaned in a couple of hours - at least from the main city highways. Especially taking into account the fact that by seven in the morning the snowfall was almost over. How did the city government react to this challenge?

-21 snow removal vehicles and about 50 workers entered the streets of the city. In those areas where more equipment was required for cleaning, the number of links was increased, ”Yaroslav Ovcharov, the acting director of the department of city economy, announced in the morning. The scale, of course, is impressive: if you divide the number of cars on the length of the main avenues, it turns out that there was something about seven kilometers into one mechanism. It is not for nothing that the mayor refused this year to draw a parade of snowpock equipment: the scale would have been clearly not the same. And today the head of the city “threw his subordinate to the embrasure”. However, what is there to be surprised? And at his being by the mayor of Pereslavl-Zalessky, Vladimir Volkov rarely turned to the people when something extraordinary and little suitable for personal PR occurred.

By eight in the morning, the city was already densely stood in nine and ten -point traffic jams. As always, the inhabitants of the Frunze and Krasnoperekopsky districts suffered, resting against the Moscow Avenue, clogged from the most “crosses”; The Bragins, who, without any snow, are ill due to the repair of the Tutaevsky highway under the BKAD program, and Zabolzhan. On the one hand, it is stupid to blame the city hall, if the rubber is bald, and even summer, yes, in addition, the bad head-from seven to ten in the morning, Yandex-Card alone recorded about ten accidents on the main streets of Yaroslavl.

But this question has another side: if the mayor's office cannot cope with snow and roads, then did it make sense to somehow take measures against fools? The weather forecast for three days unequivocally warned that the snow would be and, apparently, the snow is serious. And where are the calls of the authorities to the Yaroslavls - to refuse at least one morning from personal vehicles? Where did the Snow Ticket go, so successfully tested by the predecessors of the current leaders of the city? Why did heavy transport continued to walk where he could paralyze all the movement in general - as happened in the Surinsky overpass, where the truck, which turned on the ice, actually closed two lanes? Only the Ministry of Emergencies warned in advance of snowfall, but in its own way: they say, it is possible to stick snow on the wires. Well, if he had been sticking all on the wires, but he didn’t reach the ground - but the trouble is: not all the wires returned to the supports after a recent hurricane.

Do not go to the fortuneteller, there will be overpasses - a new mayor for reprisal. True, how this will help the next time to curb the element - God news. Yes, and personnel, who, as you know, decide everything, for work in the conditions of the financial “Trishkin Kaftan”, can be found with more and more difficulty. For example, the place of deputy mayor for public utilities after the departure of Mikhail Kuznetsov was empty for more than six months. And so far it is formally vacant - at least on the official website of the city’s city hall no movements in this direction is visible. Apparently, the candidacy of the victorious at the corresponding competition Evgeny Kleinburg has not yet been approved by the head of city self -government.

A curious detail: according to car owners, the regional roads began to clean at four in the morning - and by seven, that is, by the end of the snowfall, they were already in the asphalt. It was equally prompt by the Cleaning of the central regions of Yaroslavl - apparently, most of the resources this morning was collected there. This is the trouble in our city: people live in one place, and resources are in another. But there is a joy: after five days later, all this is more pseudosim. The splendor will melt - and autumn will again enter its rights. And the night from October 29 to the 30th will remain in the memory of the people, as a small nightmare. That's just November on the nose. And there - December, do not go to the fortuneteller. Will 21 KPM and fifty workers with real winter snowfalls cope?
