But the fact that, on the initiative of deputies of the City Duma from United Russia, they are going to make it not clear to me with city property, and even outrageous.

And it is proposed to transfer them to municipal property, namely: the premises of the store for Volkova 1, a cafe "Ivushka" on Chapaeva 2 and office premises of Bagram 345 ″ LLC on K. Libknecht 120. The proposed period is 25 years. At the same time, it is silent that after 15 years they will be able to get all these premises in their own, thus depriving the city of these squares. It is also silent that the city can itself rent these areas for rent, receiving from 500 to 700 rubles. From a square meter monthly. And this is not a small money, especially considering that the city budget is fading. In estimates, it turns out about 10 million rubles a year.

According to VN, today these public organizations and the guys are already receiving “750 rubles each. (Regional allowance - 560). Payments for people per year are from 1.5 to 2 million rubles. It is provided for material assistance for treatment and for all other needs, up to teaching children or roof repair. Specially jobs are being created, where the disabled person, according to his physical capabilities, could work out, and so on. ” And this is not given the pensions due to them and other payments from the state.

In my opinion, there is an attempt under a plausible pretext to make the business to some comrades, while these comrades do not invest.

It is unacceptable to distribute city property in this way, to deprive the budget of part of the income.
