The mandate of the former MP, representing the Arkhangelsk region in the State Duma, Vladimir Pekhtin went to the member of the "All-Russian National Front" by Elena Torogina. Such a statement was made on April 3 at a meeting of the Central Election Commission Secretary of the department Nikolai Konkin.
Vorugin in the regional list of United Russia in the Arkhangelsk region, from which Pekhtin was running, took second place.
After the provision of the necessary documents, the CEC has already registered Vorogina as a deputy of the sixth convocation, today she will be awarded a deputy certificate, the EP press service reports.
Recall that Vladimir Pekhtin officially lost the mandate on March 15, 2013. He “voluntarily” resigned his powers after the famous blogger Navalny accused the ex-head of the Ethics Committee of the possession of unheard of foreign real estate.
It should be noted that Elena Voygin, who would get the deputy’s chair, already represented the Arkhangelsk region in the lower house of the parliament, but transferred her mandate to the leader of the Fair Russia party to Sergey Mironov. Two months later, she announced the transition to the All -Russian Popular Front, disagreing with the Policy of the Socialist -Revolutionaries, and then joined United Russia.
The Central Election Commission explained the decision on the transfer of the deputy mandate to Vorogina by the current legislation.
“No documents from the United Russia party with the proposals of candidates for the replacement of the freed mandate were received.
