It seemed to me that the new Minister of Culture is Andrei Rock - an energetic person, with connections, experience and, most importantly, a good manager. He appreciates creativity and can look in the future
But this does not mean that now culture itself will quickly and effectively begin to develop. This issue will not be resolved quickly. It can be compared with the learning process at school - there, in order to obtain certain knowledge, you need to finish 10 classes. In addition, culture can quickly prove itself, and then go out. And what effect can be expected if we sold sausages for the past 30 years in cultural houses. They only now begin to live the life that they should.

But already now there are people who are ready to develop different cultural sites that create new projects and all this successfully. There are more and more of them. I am a supporter of the fact that today you do not need to come into conflict with the authorities, you need to negotiate with it, to offer interesting ideas myself. They will still be supported, albeit not immediately, albeit every three years, but they will support. The time is that if the project is alive and relevant, it immediately becomes necessary. For example, “on foot on Vyatka” - the guys started from scratch, and now they got a grant and released a book. You can do a lot and even benefit from your projects.

Today is not the time to ask. We must work, track relevant things, interact with the authorities, because it also needs to develop the culture of the region. And one she will not do anything, because we have too much territory and small funding. This has been said more than once. To cope with these problems, you need a good minister, a good manager.
I would like to influence the deputies of the State Duma: some of them are trying to lobby for the law that is unprofitable to the field of culture. Perhaps soon in order to arrange concerts for 400 seats, it will be necessary to join a certain coalition and pay about 150 thousand rubles for it. This will lead to the fact that not cultural projects will be implemented, but popular, only the Philippi Kirkorov will drive around the country. It is popular in the West is good music, and we have exclusively those melodies that are outdated in the 90s. All other standing projects we also do to zero today. And if we also need to pay contributions to someone, we will leave completely in minus.
