No matter how much I traveled from November 17 on the "spot", I could not count the idea with a change in the route correct. Turning from the street. Morozova on the street. Dimitrova, having made 3 stops there, then turning on the Oktyabrsky Ave and stopped there once, the bus that at the peak, which at the usual time gained 1-2 people, rode half empty. The return trip to Morozov was not more crowded.
But the 17th bus is now often stuffed to the eyeballs, as it happens regularly with the “five”, which goes towards the airport (always with a bit and slowly, so I ignore this route, even if I am somewhere in the city center). Yes, and the traffic jams did not decrease at all, for that matter. And at Dimitrov in the morning and evenings they are no less than on the commune.
And what do we have? The number of buses passing along the main street with a large passenger flow decreased, but increased where it is not necessary. This also did not affect traffic jams. It became only worse for passengers.
And now he was traveling again on the almost empty 15th, he became a witness to the conversation of surprised and dissatisfied passengers with the driver and conductor. On the "ring" the bus turned left to Oktyabrsky, and the passengers had to go up the commune to Kalevale.
Well, I will not talk about a small burgla, so familiar in our buses, but I will immediately say about the results of the conversation in high colors.
Apparently, realizing that there is no sense in the dispute and, in principle, both busers and passengers are the injured party - the persons injured from some "initiative" persons in the administration - the driver transferred the arrows to those who decided to change the route. The criticism of this idea rained down: the buses go empty, people also do not need this area, and there on the commune, on the contrary, the people will freeze in anticipation of buses, or then push in full bus.
Then we were talking about the uselessly arranged bus duty (this is when at the end of the day the majority of the buses got off the route, and one or the couple still run, the debris): on weekdays no one is on duty in the evening and after 22:00 it is very difficult to sit on any bus, and the people cannot get home after work. But on the weekend there is a bus on duty, walks until 23:00, or even longer. It’s fine, but he just walks empty - people are resting at home ...
Such a 15th was justified and convenient only when in the Syktyvkar in the sports complex "Northern Olympia" (which was just on Dimitrov) the Russian boxing championship was held. But he took place from November 12 to 20. And the changed route was launched only on November 17.
The route should be launched along Dimitrov one more, but not the 15th. They wanted to create some 28th (from Davpon according to Morozov, Dimitrov, October, etc. to the "maxi"), so where is he?!
