The goal set by the party members:
Russia is a country of peaceful, friendly and conscientious people.
Funds that party members consider permissible: any non -violent,
first of all, an explanation of the need for changes in the soul and in the laws,
failure to fulfill the orders of the authorities that do not correspond to our beliefs,
Public peaceful expressions of their views.
The most important changes:
creation of an independent judicial system;
Russia's declaration neutral country, the termination of weapons exports, the elimination of military bases beyond the borders of the country, the reduction of military expenditures to 2% of the budget, the return of the Sakhalin Islands of Japan and the Eastern Prussia of Germany, the provision of independence of Chechnya, the withdrawal of troops from Georgia and Moldova, the liquidation of nuclear weapons;
the abolition of all restrictions on information about the crimes of the authorities after 1917 to the present day, compensation for material and moral damage to the victims of crimes;
prohibition of the death penalty, life imprisonment, permission to deprive of freedom for 15 years as marginal punishment;
the abolition of all restrictions on freedom of conscience, words and meetings introduced after 1992, the liquidation of all laws and institutions that act under the slogans of the fight against “extremism”;
the abolition of the passport system, the promotion of the arrival of people who want and can help its development;
creation of local self -government, providing the regions with the opportunity to manage tax revenues with minimal deductions to the national treasury;
reorientation of the central authorities to help the poor and poor by raising taxes from merchants;
Providing maximum freedom to the economy, the elimination of state (“natural”) monopolies, economic and legal integration with the European Union.
Nearest political tasks:
It is preferable to achieve the goal through victory in the elections, without changing the constitution. In the case of a crisis, call for the Constituent Assembly as a means of restoring communication with free Russia, evidence of the anti -right nature of despotism and a means of manifestation of the political will of citizens.
