Probably all the townspeople paid attention to the broken-down steps on Kommunisticheskaya Street not far from the stadium. It is impossible to go down or up them normally. The hardest thing is for mothers with strollers, who show miracles of dexterity to overcome this obstacle without harming either themselves or the child. Last night I realized why these steps are in bad shape. At 22.30 I was walking along Kommunisticheskaya Street in this place. A large tractor with a bucket was driving along the sidewalk. A man walked ahead of him, pulling garbage out of trash cans and throwing it into a bucket. When the tractor approached the steps, I thought that it would probably turn around and go around the steps along the road. But, after hesitating for a second, I still took out my phone and turned on recording mode. Surprisingly, what I thought happened happened.

The tractor just drove up these steps. I was a little freaked out at first. The quality of the video is very poor, since I filmed it on my phone, and in our city the lighting does not work at night. But you can understand that this is really happening in this place and estimate the size of the tractor. By the way, I don't know its model. It is very similar to Kirovets.

Look again at the photo of the steps. They are most broken on the left and right. Just in the place where the tractor passes. I'm sure this isn't the first time he's done this. Moreover, today I remembered that in winter I also witnessed such a trick, but did not pay attention to it, since the steps were under the snow.

There are steps that are in very poor condition. And there is a tractor that drives over them several times a week. I think that the city administration and in particular Mayor Pozdeev are not aware of this turn of events. However, I think they should respond to the publication.
