Crimea stimulates the Russian economy.
Such headlines were in March on the Stateites, then in the text:
The federations due to the surge of government agents and the like can add 0.2% GDP growth .
The forecast for GDP for 2014 is 0.2%, so I understand this, taking into account Crimea, i.e. In fact, no height.
A reserve is laid in the budget from the so -called retained revenues of 243 billion rubles ... There should be enough sources.
If there are no economic sanctions, then the average annual rate can amount to 37-38 rubles per US dollar. - And there are sanctions, and a course of 54 rubles.
Dmitry Medvedev - the development of Crimea and Sevastopol should not go through the development of other regions , additional sources will be found. Read more.
And so, in Ukhta they accepted the city budget for 2015.
By consumption part:
For 2015, 3194 million rubles were planned (in 2014 it was 3862 million) minus 668 million or 82% of 2014.
So I understand everything that was possible was cut, all major repairs were removed, there will be neither repairs of schools, nor repairs of kindergartens, they only finish the begun in 2014. Do not wait for significant road repairs. Ukhta is not able to do anything, 55% of the revenue part of the budget is a subsidy from the center, but we have so much and we have. And all this happens against the background of significant inflation. If you transfer budgets to dollars, then the picture is as follows: 2014 - 3862/33 = $ 117 million; 2015 - 3194/54 = $ 59 million, the difference is 2 times!
A year ago, the head of the city district of the city district R. Melnik said about the draft budgets for 2014-2016, “Everyone would like the budget to be focused on development, but, unfortunately, this does not work out.” What will he say now?
It is clear that this is not only Crimea, there is oil, and the foreign policy "successes" of Russia, and economic miscalculations. And as I understand it, this situation will be all over the country.
