I thought that it was time to talk more about the city in which I live and which has already become native (in June 2018 there will be 6 years). And I already had a cycle of posts about Surgut , just in 2012. When he walked and investigated, he shot a lot and tried to tell and paint everything that I know, and everything is interesting.

#Surgut the city is not large, compact and rather progressive. In the first place among the townspeople, of course, work, which looks like a permanent 24 -hour working day in oil fields. I think everyone heard about Surgutneftegaz OJSC, and the peculiarity of the only oil company in the country that is spelled out where hydrocarbons produces hydrocarbons is also known to everyone. And probably this feature develops the city, its working potential, although it does not do without problems (you can write a separate post about this).

For a progressive city, the theater is already completely flawed (repairs have been waiting for a long time, and how many projects were). I am not afraid of such words, since there is a long -standing problem of the city in which the oil workers live, but at the same time it does not look in its status. There are many not well-groomed places, even more problems with the lack of funding, only active actions began to develop and improve the urban environment (the center of applied urbanism has been operating in the city for 2 years), we have been moving in small steps for the better, but very slowly, and once recently with irritation of the city community.

The problem with a large lack of highly qualified specialists has not yet been resolved. Most of the ITR operating in oil and gas companies, who have their own requirements and requests, but local universities are difficult to switch to the railway training for industry, as well as the future development of polar gas production. There is where to watch and work on in the future, but so far employees come to the city. It is with this that such a large number of housing under construction, high prices for housing rental and of course for the purchase (for such a small city).

With all this, the city develops, wants and tries to be the best in the district, to be in front and by hearing, and this succeeds.
I think that you need to tell more about Surgut himself, his unusualness, interesting and visited places. Any coming to the city (in an unfamiliar city) is trying to find something interesting and original. It turns out that Surgut has a problem with this, there are not enough stories, historical places, too, but you can find your own, what will be interested in what will attract, and what can be told to a friend, neighbor, relatives.
