Having collected things on the road, I decided to get distracted. I watched one video with Khodorkovsky. It is unlikely that my opinion on this subject is especially valuable - I still do more than the geometry than I follow his fate.
I am pleased that he is free.
Of course, the second process over him was disgusting even for our post -Soviet justice. "Stole oil! " "Disrupted the interests of shareholders by bribing them!" Something like this. Here, as with the affairs of Navalny, the accusations do not even care about the believable. And then the third thing was being prepared: apparently that all operations with revenue from "stolen oil" are now washing money. And even earlier (the first thing, the only thing that looks believable) he was tried for not paying taxes from this money.
But I'm talking about the impressions of the video.
Khodorkovsky - of course the "security forces". Therefore, it seems to him that he understands Putin. I well imagine him as the head of the FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, even MO. It would be the best minister - with a wonderful intellectual horizons, strong -willed, fighter - over the past 100 in the history of the country.
But when he is seen by an ideologist or leader of human rights activists, it simply becomes awkward. Even for the Minister of Economics, he is too gloomy and cruel.
In one I agree with him and Putin. The fact that he is talking about the North Caucasus. I also believe that an organized war there is less violence and evil than what will happen in the Caucasus "left to itself." Well, let's say we could say - and let it go, we will not be responsible for this. I don’t know if we will answer, but I’m sure that the Caucasus will not separate from Russia, even if we “exclude it”. He will present more and more new requirements, will become the basis of evil and hostile Russia (and not only Russia, all civilization) forces.
True, Khodorkovsky is categorical than me. I admit that in the North Caucasus there will be dzhigits who will imitate European politicians, and not Ben-loan or shamil. I can even imagine that women-politicians will appear there, sincerely striving for independence and the world. With such forces, if they appear, a reasonable dialogue is possible, including the separation.
