I dream that Kirov gets in a traffic jam.
Not because I want to brigade to drivers. I myself twist the steering wheel in the same way every day. Just a traffic jam teaches to think. And she is democratic. Both a proletarian and a banker suffer from it equally. Well, except that the president or the prime minister is still able to fly around them. So, the cork is inevitable - as a punishment for a “criminal” pleasure to steer where you want.

But this is the lyrics. And if in essence, then only the cork will teach drivers to be more neat on the road, give way and prefer the pedal brake pedal. It is spending several hours a day on the way, for example, Muscovites became more polite and try to comply with the rules for rebuilding in lanes prescribed by traffic rules.

Well, those who are directly responsible for movement in the city will force the cork to think and find the means and methods of accelerating movement in space. One option is a bicycle. Bicycle paths in the summer is not a whim and not a tribute to fashion, as it may seem, but an urgent need to unload the street from excess transport. Another option is the device of dubler streets and generally changing traffic flows. In the framework of the possible, this is already implemented by the introduction in the center of an increasing number of streets with one -sided movement. Here, last weekend, two more streets - Gorbachev and Herzen - from Lenin to Karl Marx became drivers in only one direction.

You could even go along the London path and make a paid entrance to the city center. However, I suspect that society itself is not yet ready for such victims.
But the most important task, it seems to me, is to make public transport the king of city roads. Without this, we definitely will not leave the transport collapse with any bloodletting. Only when buses and trolleybuses will move in a minute, bypassing all the traffic jams and congestion, people will think about whether to leave their car at home.

How to do it? Selected strips, electronic complexes at stops everywhere, video control behind the selected stripes so that they are not occupied by other transport. And you can, for example, borrow the experience of Istanbul, where the priority (in the absence of a normal metro) is given to the so -called metro -buses. The central part of the carriageway is fenced off and completely - by the type of tram - is given to buses that go like shuttles with an interval in a matter of minutes. Unreal? Don't think. The main thing is that the new head of the city administration - whether it will be Alexander Perevkokov or someone else - he himself stood in traffic jams and wanted changes. Then the traffic jams will resolve.
