What did the first deputy head of the Russian Presidential Administration then talk about? For the convenience of the reader, I will allow myself a quote:

I believe that the fall of the electoral indicators of United Russia in the elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation by more than 15% and the growth of the popularity of opposition parties (approximately the same plowing the Oskosovsky piece of support) is associated precisely with the internal split of the supporting mass social platform - the middle class of Russia.

It was the part of the middle peasant, who himself grew up as a class and strengthened at the hand of V. Putin and during the work of D. Medvedev, and so, it was part of the middle peasant, for some reason, that turned to facing the systemic and non-systemic opposition of Russia, and to the skewed.

Understanding this exposed disturbing social circumstance, I support V. Surkov’s thoughts three years ago - to save the Hegemon!

It seems that it is necessary to react to the problems of the further development of the middle class in Russia in the most simple and serious way.

And first of all, it is necessary to decisively work on the problem of jobs, employment and reduce the cost of a square meter of housing, making it and housing mortgage increasingly accessible for the middle class described in the speech of V. Surkov.

In modern Russia, in the end, they were able to solve the “damned questions” of the USSR-a-saturation of the market with food products and affordable cars, dachas with six hundreds, things, etc.

Work, housing today is the main one, but there are a lot of other problems (regional and all -Russian) “golden mean” of Russia - for example, Russian nationalism, which is related to the growth of the middle class with an indicator. We need a quick diagnosis of medium -sized growth and voltage points, as well as an operational reaction to the authorities.

Thus, “United Russia”, as the foundation of the stability of the political system of Russia, makes sense to pay attention to the social reasons that determined the results of the election 04.12.11.
