"2013. Ukhta. Results ". Alexey Shestakov

" 7x7 " continues the heading dedicated to the results of 2013. The journalists of the Internet magazine asked the Ukhtins to name the three main events that occurred over the past 12 months, which have been reflected in the life of the city as a whole, and a particular person in particular. Opinions will be published until December 31.

A peculiar folk rating of events will not only make a list of main achievements, but will also be sociological. As you know, people usually indicate both the most problematic issues for themselves and successful undertakings that affect their lives.

Today, journalist Alexei Shestakov expresses his opinion.

1. Leonov’s departure from the mayor's post. A man came with ready -made management attitudes to a completely unfamiliar city. What worked in Sosnogorsk failed with us. The sad result is the war of elites, commercial and political, redistribution of property.

2. The accident on the water. I agree with the spector ( member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation - “7x7” ), who said extremely clearly: the emergency showed that the city authorities do not know what to do in emergency conditions. The main question: what did public utilities and officials learn? The answer is not yet obvious.

3. They began to build kindergartens, as many as three pieces, in my opinion. It is good.

We propose to make their top of the three most important events for this year and send them to Redaktor@7x7-journal.ru
