4) if the massacre in Srebrenitsa is the most large -scale and monstrous war crime from all war crimes committed by anyone during the Yugoslav war, she must be named, regardless of how much this the feelings of the criminals and the sympathetic will hurt and will prevent reconciliation with them;
5) reconciliation with criminals is possible only with their awareness of their guilt and repentance in the deed.

Russian, or rather, the Rashi-fascist Putin world considers differently . He admits that in some cases to call a crime a crime, atrocities of atrocities "non -constructive." What does it mean "non -constructive"? This means politically inappropriate. Political expediency is placed above law and morality.

The world of people proceeds from the fact that there is objective truth. Mass murder of innocent civilians on the principle of their belonging to a certain ethnic or confessional group is not justifying an absolute evil. This is objective truth. And it does not require evidence. In the world of people, you do not need to explain why this is so.

For the world of rashism, this truth looks "unbalanced" and "politically motivated." However, for the Rashist, everything is "politically motivated." Objective truth as such does not exist. There is profitable and unprofitable. And the condemnation or non -compliance of certain crimes against humanity is nothing more than part of the "big geopolitical game" to defend their own interests. The result of transactions and compromises between the main players, and not at all the implementation of a certain abstract justice, which is not at all. You can’t spend a rashist. He knows for sure that justice is a myth for fools.

However, in a shameful disruption of the adoption of the UN Security Council resolution, which put the Russian Federation in the position of a rogue country, no particular practical interest is visible. Protecting Serbs as a strategic ally in a global confrontation with the damned West? But the Serbs have not been such an ally for a long time. Most of them chose the world of people, condemned the massacre in Srebrenitsa and is unlikely to be needed by such protection from the Kremlin. And it is unlikely that the Kremlin will be able to drag them back into their world of wildness and tribal morality.

So the Russian veto, so defiantly contrasting the Russian Federation to all civilized humanity, is really a cry of the soul of the Kremlin clique. The expression of its secret feelings, sympathy and antipathy. The Kremlin once again defended the geeks and killers, stood up to the defense of the cannibals. He got up almost disinterestedly. Just because he loves them. And no chaotic, confused explanations of the Foreign Ministry are able to cover this egregious fact.

From under all the Mids reasoning, the inescapable desire to protect the interests of the executioners is still bulging. Why does the Foreign Ministry believe that if you call the executioners executioners, this will complicate the process of reconciliation with them? If we refuse to unequivocally condemn violence and cruelty, this means that we at least leave a loophole to justify them. This means that we, in principle, allow the possibility of their excuse. If the discussions about the complexity of the Stalin era and the objective historical causes of its cruelty are not preceded by an unambiguous assessment of the Stalinist atrocities as not having an excuse of crimes, then all these reasoning is nothing more than a mask of justification of Stalinist crimes. And all the so -called "balanced grades" are reduced to this.

Today in Russia it was again fashionable to justify any crimes of the state, any crimes in the name of the state. And do not believe the Kremlin lamentations about the inadmissibility of the justification of Nazi crimes. This is nothing more than the protection of its own privileged international status of a professional victim, and at the same time the Savior of the world. There is no internal ban on justification of atrocities behind this. If they need it, they themselves will justify Hitler's crimes. The union with him for the sake of violent submission to the peoples of Europe has already justified.

The willingness to justify any violence and any cruelty with the interests of the nation, the interests of the state, the interests of “its” were purposefully pestrated in Russian society for the past one and a half decades. This is the fundamental difference between the “Russian world” reconstructed by the Kremlin from the world of people. And these two worlds will not be able to coexist peacefully. Putin Pahanat will consistently destroy the system of references built in the modern world, limiting violence and cruelty. This is not his whim, this is his blood interest.

And the world of people is time to realize that the current confrontation is not an accident or misunderstanding. Not the result of misunderstanding on some particular issue. It's time to abandon attempts to return the Putin Pahanat to the international community. He has no place there.
