Hurray, on February 19 received a protocol of examination of December 24, 2013!

By 11:00 he came to the Investigative Committee on the preliminary call of the investigator.
As it turned out, besides me, both the state defender and investigator were two witnesses.
I read the protocol several times, a lot of inaccuracies, even I noticed. I had to write comments.

The first and main jamb is a discrepancy in terms of drawing up a protocol.
The examination was carried out in accordance with Articles 164 and 179 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation .

So. We read the 164 article, namely part 8:
8. During the production of the investigative action, a protocol is underway in accordance with Article 166 of this Code .

Okay, 166 So 166. Part One of this article: 1. The protocol of the investigative action is drawn up during the investigative action or immediately after its completion.

I can’t say for sure, but this protocol was clearly not compiled during the examination and not immediately after it, but it seems to be like February 19 ... 2 months almost passed.

Now we’ll try to figure it out, why so long.
And this is the second jamb. The protocol indicates the following:
Such a doctor examined the plowing and concluded that Plakhutin E.V. It is suitable for military service, which made an appropriate record in the medical card of an outpatient patient . And so on each doctor.
The main difficulty - there was no medical card of an outpatient patient, as far as I remember, but there was definitely a draft card of a conscript with which the military registration and enlistment office gives me to familiarize me. There was no word in the protocol about the control card of the conscript, it was necessary to indicate this in the comments to the protocol.
And it so happened that the protocol was drawn up only by February 19, if not one morning on February 19. And in the medical record of the outpatient patient, nothing was indicated during the examination - all marks were made just recently.

And the third - there was no my beloved "Dohtor", namely a dermatologist. Because this doctor cannot be replaced on maternity leave - there are no licenses of the corresponding ones ... It seems that the surgeon conducted an “inspection”. And to be honest - no one looked and listened to anyone, they simply put marks of the suitability.

And also a cool note in the protocol: the examination was carried out in cloudy weather, mixed lighting . It will be necessary to check for sure !!!

So, the investigation showed: Plakhutin E.V. suitable for military service.
But what about an alternative civilian?! Is it not suitable for " the reason for the lack of beliefs "?
