News, yesterday, without any exaggeration, exploding the Russian information space. And this is not the launch of a spacecraft to Venus, not an Oscar for the best foreign film and not even the arrest of the next wandered official from the highest echelon. Just in the center of Moscow, an attempt was made on the most famous and influential Russian thief in the law of Aslan Usoyan named Ded Hassan. In the press and the Internet, they immediately began to predict the inhabitants of the capital for the next criminal war. But for some reason no one was scared. Accustomed ...

The fatal for 75-year-old criminal authority was one bullet released by a sniper from the roof of the film actor's house on Vovarskaya Street, and fell Usoyan in the head. The investigation considers various versions of the murder, including "related to the criminal activity of the victim." No, damn it, a typical Bytovuha, a “legalist” communal neighbor hesitated that that ash was shaking into his ficus! Shots from a long-range special forces rifle with a silencer were sounded at about 14:30 at the entrance to the Restaurant Courtyard restaurant (according to some reports of Usoyan, he was a co-owner of the institution, more than once carried out gatherings, but quietly, without shooting). One of the guards of his grandfather Hassan began to shoot back, but to no avail. The bodyguards took Usoyan with a severe wound in a coma state in the Botkin hospital, where, two years ago, after another attempt, the doctors already saved his life. However, this time the doctors were powerless: Usoyan was immediately placed in the House of Emergency Surgery, where, without regaining consciousness, he died ten minutes later.

The Investigative Committee reported that during the attack on Hassan's grandfather, "two gunshot wounds received a 30-year-old woman who was at the scene." It was taken to the intensive care unit of the Sklifosovsky ambulance. According to the media, the bullets fell in her leg and chest. Just a flagrant negligence for a professional "performer"! In the early 90s, about the same position, Kantrishvili fired at Otari, leaving the Krasnopresnensky baths, surrounded by the servants. So even nobody touched anyone, only the main “goal”. Loss of qualifications?

On the fact of the death of Usoyan, a criminal case was opened under the articles “Murder” and “The illegal turnover of firearms”. The morgue of the Botkin Hospital, where the body of the murdered is located, was immediately taken under the protection of the police.

Among the alleged versions of the murder of the main one is considered criminal. Thus, the source of Interfax in law enforcement agencies believes that his old conflict with Georgian thieves clans was the reason for the attempt on Hassan’s grandfather, which was noticeably activated after the autumn parliamentary elections in Georgia, where the party supported by them won (only the lazy did not unsubscribe about the Paris meeting of the Georgian “lawyers” with Ivanishvili). But the first major victim of this confrontation was Vyacheslav Ivankov nicknamed Japanchik, who was killed in 2009.

In turn, the former Minister of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation Anatoly Kulikov told reporters that the murder of Usoyan could be the result of the redistribution of the spheres of influence in the criminal world after the return of other authorities of the 1990s from prison.

“Convicts, serving sentences in the early and centers of the 90s, returned, and all niches are busy. Someone did not like this. Hassan was an authoritative thief in law, he adhered to the old concept. Everything was divided, others returned, and the redistribution began, that’s the whole reason, ”Kulikov said at an impromptu unofficial briefing on the fact of the murder of a major criminal authority.

However, the most relevant question for today is whether the murder of grandfather Hassan will lead to a series of criminal wars, because Usoyan, according to some reports, participated in federal scale in resolving conflicts between the opposing criminal groups, including ethnic ones. Here is the chairman of the State Duma Committee on Security and Countering Corruption Irina Yarovaya believes that a surge of criminal wars is not necessary to expect: “Today is another country, other laws and another law and order.” Well, well, she understands a lot ...

Now a little about grandfather, notable from all sides of the personality. Usoyan, born in Georgia in 1937, was considered the leader of the largest criminal clan in the Russian Federation. During the third period, in the 1966-1968s, Usoyan received the status of a thief in law. In 1998, Usoyan tried to kill in Sochi, but the killer missed. However, they turned out to be difficult people, and Usoyan was sentenced for a major fraud to 15 years in a colony. Until now, no one knows exactly who grandfather Hassan ran into, but some experts suspect that it was these people who had given a good start to their offender in the new Russia for years later. During the imprisonment, the thief changed four places of conclusion, and became acquainted with the large number of representatives of the criminal world of the USSR. In the zone, Grandfather Hassan always preached a way of life “according to concepts”, which the Sideltsi liked.

He was released in 1991 - it was a very successful time for him. Most of the new “brigades” then sought to get the support of the “thief in law”, and the candidacy was better not to find grandfather Hassan.

Hassan began to build his empire in the Kuban, from where he spread influence to neighboring republics and regions. Living in the Krasnodar Territory, Hassan loved to visit his former cellmates in other regions. Fortunately, they had been occupied by prominent posts in the criminal world by that time. Some sources claim that in the mid-90s, Hassan tried to move to Petersburg, but the matter did not work out there. Moreover, allegedly his interests crossed the interests of the people very famous today, who had long moved to the main house of the capital.

Usoyan received most of the income from illegal gambling business, drugs and weapons, as well as the extraction of natural resources. But among the people, Usoyan is better known for his criminal showdowns. On his account are two full -scale wars, first with Rudik Baku, the then head of the Armenian organized crime group of Moscow, and later with Taro (Tariel Oniani), the latter, by the way, recently received a ten -year term for abduction of a person, as they say, not without a hint of Hassan's entourage. Some analysts of the criminal world of Russia allow the option that the last shots in Usoyan are nothing more than “hello” from the tarot from the zone.

Another is such a nuance. After the assassination attempt in 2009, Grandfather Hassan began to seriously think about departure from business and looking for a worthy successor. In this matter, he made a bet on relatives and the Kurds of the Sezidov, which he himself was by nationality (even if you are not embarrassed by the Armenian roots of his last name). One of the favorites was the nephew - Dmitry Canturia named Miron. He was born in 1981 in Georgia. In 2004, Grandfather Hassan appointed him looking in the Yaroslavl region, although the young man did not have a single “walker”. True, a year later, the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Yaroslavl Region aroused a case for falsification of documents on Canturia, he was even put on the wanted list. But Miron escaped sending to the colony and moved to the subtovsk near Moscow, closer to a relative and major affairs. Immediately, among the old thieves, there was talk that the lawyer Hassan was sang, and he himself began to produce “oranges”. Let not obvious, but also a reason for disassembly with shooting.

But let's look at the situation wider. It is impossible to deny (and experts do not deny) that over the past decades, new ethnic groups have appeared in Moscow. From Tajiks, Kyrgyz, Moldavan, not all the same they put the tiles and digs the ditches. Having strengthened and acquired certain connections, as well as believing in their own strengths and fart, they may well begin the struggle for those segments of the criminal market of the capital, which have long been in the wrong hands. The events in the 90s developed in about the same way, when Caucasian groups were massively included in Moscow-the murder of Sylvester, Globe, Kalina, etc.

Also, when analyzing the situation, it will not be harmful to recall that Hassan over the past years has developed a certain relationship with the former city administration - these two branches of the authorities are correlating with each other. Luzhkov left - Usoyan, too, did not have a place under the Moscow sun. This is despite the fact that he was always a restless person - he preferred to wet more than to agree. It is even surprising that with such a character he lived so much.

Now let's go back to the words of the deputy Yarova that the "country is different." Nonsense of Osrosovskaya! Crime did not go anywhere, he only became less obvious, not so striking. In November, the tape of the Arkhangelsk news agencies appeared that in the restaurant of the capital of Pomerania “Summer Garden”, according to all the rules of the criminal community, the coronation of a new “thief in law” nicknamed Alik was held, and his guarantor was supposedly our grandfather Hassan. No one arrested anyone, ordinary visitors did not even notice this significant event. And they will not notice, in institutions with such a “roof” the order is always exemplary.

Yes, keeping Chechen or Orekhovskys in the “roofs” is now unfair, “faces” (FSB) are much cooler. But the essence of this has not changed - our economy remains criminalized while there are “kickbacks” in it, there is always a matter for the Hassanov, Tarot and all Aliks.

By the way, we are not only dirty. After the previous attempt on Hassan's grandfather, in 2010, a whole wave of criminal authorities, immigrants from the former Soviet Union, mainly Georgians, was held in 2010.
