It all started with rallies and protests in connection with oil spills (this is a fairly common thing for our republic - this is how we live). Protestants applied for a referendum. The issue of banning the operation of old pipelines is quite murky... No, the problem is acute, painful and old. Just like the pipelines themselves. But the question turned out to be unclear. They didn’t understand him. They didn’t regret it, they didn’t sympathize... That is, in their hearts, they may have agreed, but publicly no one said or did anything like that. Protestants are simply kicked back to rallies and protests. And then the slogan appeared: “I’m tired of Gaplikov.”
Then there was the ill-fated Federal Law -144. Somehow, very rudely, officials decided to “address” benefits for kindergartens specifically to the poor. They didn’t take into account that the “rich” generally don’t send their children to kindergartens. They are raised by nannies at home. It’s clear that you can’t go to a rally here - you just don’t respect yourself. Well, the slogan, of course, suggests itself. Even though Gaplikov suspended the law. And officials came out to the people with explanations. What is characteristic: They came out not BEFORE the adoption of the Law, but after the rallies. It's too late to rush around. The culprit has already been identified. And these are not deputies who were entirely appointed by the so-called organized crime group, but the Head appointed by the President.
Then no less ill-fated Order on languages. It’s necessary to come up with such crap in the middle of the school year and on the eve of the conferences of the Komi people! At these conferences there is usually nothing to discuss at all. And then this topic came up! It looks like sabotage. Just like a thermos for a mother with many children, it looks like a landmine. And all this is not out of malice. So... out of stupidity.
And then another amazing referendum arrived. The pillar of Ukhta, Spiridonov’s personal friend and the support of all subsequent Yuralysians, Nikolai Tskhadaya, for some reason suddenly decided to move the capital from Syktyvkar closer to himself... It’s probably more convenient for him this way. But people are seriously worried. Here they will remember about the camps, and about the Komi language, and about the “those who came in large numbers”... It’s fun, in general.
Against this background, the modest Syktyvkar referendum on a park in Orbit simply rolled under the information bench. But this is a real question.
Well, the final chord (this year): the beginning of the trial of Gaiser and Co. and the “week of protest” of the Pechora Rescue Committee. They coincided in time purely by chance. But sometimes accidents are not entirely accidental. Time will explain everything, but face to face you can only see a pimple.

In fact, respected environmentalists have been joined by a bunch of other weirdos who are always against everything. I won’t say anything about them – experts should formulate there.
Let's try to figure out why did the indignant mind of normal social activists focus mainly on the impressive figure of Sergei Gaplikov in many respects?
At this stage, the seasoned, well-known and authoritative politician of the Izhemsk Razliv, Nikolai Bratenkov, became a bright bearer, instigator and organizer of the indignant mind. To the readers of the Seven, his integrity well known...
What is characteristic? The former Head of the district always resolutely fought for the purity of his native Pechora with the barbarians from Lukoil and Norkin, who took his chair. In this he was actively helped by his advisor, then patron and almost personal friend (attention!) Pavel Marushchak. Its touching "reporting with a noose around the neck" we are fortunate to read regularly. But never Comrade Bratenkov’s environmental wrath did not fall on the Head of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Vyacheslav Gaiser. But a politician could not help but know about corruption. He probably read the newspapers.
By a strange coincidence in relation to another acquaintance of a fiery fighter for purity - Deputy of the State Council from Izhma and Sosnogorsk Igor Terentyev - It was on December 12 that the verdict came into force ( https://komiinform.ru/news/157332 ). This firefighter-deputy was also seen in friendly relations with members of the organized crime group. And the seat in the State Council is now vacant.
No... I'm not hinting at anything. As they say in novels: all coincidences are random. It may very well be that Bratenkov simply liked Gaiser, but Gaplikov did not. Not his type. Charisma is not the same.
Bratenkov himself has plenty of charisma. And he is quite capable of conveying this “dislike” of his to a group of active women and middle-aged men.
As a result, citizens’ well-founded dissatisfaction with rotten oil pipelines, By infringement of the rights of parents, Komi and non-Komi children were strangely mixed in the hated image of the “alien martinet.”
And everyone loved Gaiser. Although everything was exactly the same. Moreover, the newspaper “Red Banner” ate away all the bald spots with its investigations into the corruption component of that government. They knew about kickbacks, and about cuts, and about offshore companies... And they accumulated so much debt that for another three years (at least) they would have to save every penny... And small mistakes enough. The insolent newspaper was shut down... but there were no protests. I love my bosses, but with a strange love...
I think that Gaiser was simply “one of our own”. And for many - “in the board.” And now many of these people are just somehow offended for him. And they themselves feel out of place. Someone is waiting for steps outside the door, someone has lost something... someone now has “nothing to catch.”
By the way, Gaplikov is not to blame for the fact that it has become more difficult to steal, and for the fact that Friday has become our “landing day” for officials. The clean hands and warm heart of Chief Prosecutor Bazhutov are trying to do this. They would still have a cool head... But this is a completely different topic.
But what does the “silverless” activists and activists of the PCB have to do with it? What did the conscientious builder do to them?
Rude? What it is, yes. That's why he's a builder. For our country, it is in this language that ideas should be conveyed to subordinates. Then it is understood without distortion.
Yes, the republic is not a construction site. And the citizens are not his subordinates. I agree that the new Yuralys does not know how to say a kind word properly and on time. He doesn't have that kind of talent. And it is a word - as you know, it is pleasant for a cat.
But are we cats?
