So the 2018 election ended. I was an observer at the PEC 262 (5th school - 1st floor) - where there were no falsifications or stuffing. From 5:30 to 20:00 I was at the electoral urns - and I could go home only at 23:30 as it took a counting for a very long time. In total, 1643 voters (and attached) voted 955 people on the site. Of these 955 - 14 ballots were spoiled or not filled. 550 ballots were destroyed (less ballots were brought to the site than voters 93 pieces). Further according to the candidates: 1. Baburin - 3 votes. 2. Grudinin - 86 votes. 3. Zhirinovsky 76 votes. 4. Putin 750 votes. 5. Sobchak 11 votes. 6. Suraikin 4 votes. 7. Titiov 9 votes. 8. Yavlinsky 10 votes. And if you look from the total mass of people (again, having discarded the fly with a rebuild and attachment) then for Putin on the site where I was an observer, 45.6 % of all voters registered in this area voted. Of the voters, it turns out 78.5 % for Putin.

The site where I was an observer, of course, cannot be taken as an example of the whole country - as in general, Usinsk - where people, in any case, are not difficult to find a job, and therefore protest moods are not very large. Again, this endless propaganda on TV played the role.

And of course, the fact that Alexei Navalny was not allowed for the so -called elections. Which power was simply frightened - and not even as a candidate. Putin was afraid that Navalny would receive a candidate - access to the zombie who would relieve him by law. Where would he tell - about the corruption of Putin and his friends. To make Putin's rating then? We add to this that all the supporters of Navalny would vote for him, and not boycott the elections - then at best - in this situation, Putin would only defeat in the second round. Personally, I did not vote (since I supported the boycott of the elections)-but only checked that in the magazine there was no signature in the magazine in front of my surname (according to the idea, I had to vote on this site). He also checked the lines of his friends who did not come.

Those who say - "that you are going into politics." I wanted to say that politics - and the protection of animals - things in our country are not divided. It is not us (zoo defenders) that became political people, but the authorities made us such - since it does not pay any attention to the problem of homeless animals (as well as any other in principle). With, Putin’s reassignment - lumen with homeless animals will not be. The law on the protection of animals will never be accepted - and if they take it in a “crooked form”, and even if they accept it in normal, then it will not be fulfilled anyway - because any law in modern Russia is not a particularly significant application to the interests of officials. Even according to the current laws of homeless animals, it is impossible to kill (now even the article was tightened - having done it as a go -ahead from popular discontent), but they are also killed all over the country - and they are spent on this budget funds (passing the city's improvement under the article) - all because impunity and endless corruption.

They do not violate the law only in those small cities where there is someone, it will intercede for animals - but in them, zoo defenders can not everyone. I also wanted to recall that it was Putin that imposed a veto on the bill “On the Protection of Animals from Cruelment” - back in 2000 - with the wording - “There is no subject of legal regulation”. In 2011, a new bill appeared - which was called “On the responsible handling of animals” - which passed the first reading - and for the second is still being prepared. So everyone who voted for Putin (I don’t know what you were guided by) - remember - you voted - if not for the patron saint of flayers, then certainly for their connivator.
