And what is the norm of the temperature regime? Usually from 18 to 22 degrees on the Celsius scale. And how to prove that the temperature in the apartment is below normal? It is necessary to apply with a written statement to the management company, since on behalf of residents of the houses it concludes an agreement with an organization that supplies heat to the house. Specialists of management companies must conduct measurements of the temperature regime and draw up an act. Several years ago I used my right to appeal, that is, I wrote a statement, experts came to me, measured the temperature in the apartment, drew up an act in which they indicated that the temperature corresponds to the norm. But no one knows how to measure the temperature in the apartment, how much time. And usually the temperature in the apartment is reduced at night, as the temperature on the street decreases. You have to sleep in clothes. But which of the specialists will measure the temperature at night and draw up an act? They will deign to rest, like all residents, if they do not work at night. Although the administration was owed that it would be connected on weekends. But as usual, the heat supply schedule to the houses of residents is not executed. There are many reasons, but something does not warm the reasons.
