The mousetrap is overhaul

The level of political populism sometimes just goes off scale. Even adults and completely sane people suddenly begin to make statements that contradict common sense.

What have not been spoke recently about the overhaul of housing and the charge of the board of the same name. For more than a year, deputies of all levels with smart views were discussed, puzzled and amended by laws regarding the financing scheme of overhaul. And, finally, they adopted a law, which whatever it may be, could be helped to communal workers and owners of apartments in resolving the issue of servicing and repairing housing overnight.

And so, when people, having received the receipts in their hands, began a quiet riot against the bribe incomprehensible to them, many of the people's chosen ones went back and demanded to cancel a new quantity. Deputies of the LDPR and fair Russia have already made such initiatives. And the Communist Party never supported such a gathering with residents.

But at the same time, for some reason, I have not yet seen in their speeches the answer to the question: where to get money for the overhaul of the houses that is required today. From the budget? Fine. Then which of the budget articles to pinch off? From education, medicine or pensions? Or maybe from the defense budget swollen in recent years? From the salaries of officials, the deputy will say. And everyone applaudes around. And the deputy himself is ready to work at a free basis? That's the same! If there is nowhere to take money for repairs, then the hour is not far when the icicles, bricks and slate from the houses will fly to the heads of the townspeople. And again the people will demand: to plant responsible managers - officials and directors of management companies! Everything is logical. But did we ourselves have created an occasion for falling bricks, voluntarily canceling financing overhauls?

I am not a big fan of an additional fee, and I, like every normal person, are not satisfied with the foggy prospect not to survive until the overhaul of my high -rise building, listing for twenty years to repair another. Nevertheless, I know that, for example, a family living in their own house, she himself takes care that snow does not fall on his head, the walls do not rot, and the pipes do not flow. And they do not run to ask for help from the state, but do it all from their own family budget. Why are residents of apartment buildings better? Even if we are not satisfied with the fee in the depersonalized fund, no one forbids to open a collective account in the bank and pay for their individual house - the law provides for such an opportunity. But no. Populist deputies are more profitable to earn points on a folk riot than to look for their voters really a worthy exit from the housing and communal mousetrap.
