According to Arkhangelskstat, the volume of overdue wages arrears is the 2.0 months of the wage of employees of organizations with overdue debts. The debt due to untimely receipt of funds from budgets of all levels amounted to 186 thousand rubles. Of the total amount of unpaid wages for debts formed in 2012, there are 17.7 million rubles (35.9%), in 2011 and earlier - 5.5 million rubles (11.3%).
