According to statistics, the migration outflow amounted to more than 2 thousand people. If in January-March 2.5 thousand people arrived in the region, then 4.7 thousand people left its limits. The natural decline for the first quarter of 2013 amounted to less than a thousand people, retaining the level of January-March 2012. During this period, 3.6 thousand babies were born in the region, 4.3 thousand people died. The total mortality rate remains at a high level-14.5 dead per 1000 people.

In January-March of this year, one and a half thousand married couples canceled their marriage, registering a divorce in the registry office. At the same time, about two thousand men and women officially formalized their relations, became legal spouses.
