The organizers settled on the mentioned format of the event after the authorities once again refused to coordinate the picket on the main square of the Komi capital.

An attempt by social activist Olga Nesinova to agree with the authorities to conduct a picket on Stefanovskaya Square, as expected, once again ended in failure. The Administration of the Syktyvkar MO and the Committee on the provision of civil protection measures of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which is an authorized body to agree on public events at the main square of the capital, covered with disabled people, saying that on October 31, the event of a public organization of young disabled Pulse will be held on Stefanovskaya. ”

Then the organizers decided to hold an event in the form of a meeting, the holding of which, in accordance with the Federal Law “On meetings, rallies, demonstrations, processions and pickets”, does not require coordination with authorities.
