Having plunged into the lawsuit over the Pussy Riot, for some reason, the authorities once again decided to demonstrate both her subjects and the rest of the world, which for some reason is called “civilized”, its absolute legal nihilism, as well as the absence of any signs of independence in the prevailing judicial system of the country.

But since in these peculiar relations, between the two branches of power, the constitution, criminal and criminal - procedural codes and other laws do not apply, some other coordinate system is needed, well, for example, in the form of a simple plate, translating and comments by a leading person in specific terms of conclusion.

This is not only for the judges who have lost all sorts of landmarks in this legal vacuum, but also to all of us, “citizens of the largest and most democratic country in the world” in order to somehow plan and know - if “they are good guys” means “conditionally” or not to touch at all, even if a couple of billion from the budget disappeared somewhere.

Or “I cannot interfere in the actions of the court” - well, it means from 5 to 10 years at least.

The wording "judge not so strictly" is quite vague.

As a sentence - seven years - this is very strict, three to five - strictly, up to three years, it turns out - not very strict. Conventionally, this is no longer strict. To justify and release is within the framework of the Constitution, which means it is illegal.

Well, at least like that.
