For many years, Lalaginova A. S. was engaged in the “children's sector” in society, studied experience with disabilities in the United States, but did not implement anything new, did not improve in working with children, did not bring information about modern rehabilitation options to her parents. (For example, we learned about the center of Lilin in the Moscow Region when the children were no longer adopted by the “sensitive” management of Shalaginova. It is known that the emergence of the organization of parents of children - disabled people to the “road of good” Alevtina Serapionovna took “bayonets,” but the creation of an NPO is a protest of parents against the mediocre leadership of this woman by the children's sector. The youth policy was also and remains ill -conceived. The closure of the rehabilitation center for all categories of people with disabilities in the city center (on the corner of Vorovsky and Production) took place with the participation of the former and current leaders of the Society of the Disabled. As a result, young people with mental, mental and mental disorders were outside the concern of both a public organization and the state.

A whole generation of youth has grown . Not received any education or labor training. Many of them are gradually moving into marginal segments of the population: they became drunkards, prostitutes, parasites. And no wonder, because both in the October and Pervomaisian departments in the city of Kirov there are no youth sectors- there is no thoughtful youth policy. Once a year, a disco for young people with a primitive program prepared by aunts for money. Once a year, a tourist rally who collects not so much youth as activists of far from youth. And what to do to ordinary members? And if a young disabled person cannot be accompanied? And the physical education at the rally is led by an uncle by a bitch armed with a tree for marking the distance the only gym in the city of Kirov on Nekrasov St. 36 still has neither a coach nor a medic.

A computer class equipped with state funds, in the Lenin branch of society, disappeared. A project, the essence of which in the organization of sociocultural rehabilitation of young people with disabilities with intellectually - psychological problems (October war) did not receive the support of officials from youth policy, nor your support. Why did the head of the Lenin branch of the Olya I.A., while not embarrassed, states that he “does not work with mentally retarded” - it turns out that your subordinate is engaged in discrimination? Why did the “club 18+”, uniting youth with a complex form of disability, have not received any support from you? Your phrase “If they were ours” still causes shock to parents, and is it not a shame to collect after such words?!

Why, in the preparation of the rally of young people with disabilities in 2013. You refused to discuss the theme of the rally “Innovative forms of life -manifestation of disabled people”, and opposed the invitation of ROO “Perspective” of Moscow, which has long been teaching the whole of Russia to solve the problems of disabled people? Why is there not a single person dancing in a stroller neither in the city nor in the region, the youth choir, the theater, the dance team, and labor workshops? Everyone knows that only the public money is allocated by state money for events, and who evaluates their quality and efficiency?

It turns out that you, A. Shalaginova You do not consider it necessary to introduce progressive practices of working with people with disabilities, do not study the experience of the regions, objectively do not evaluate the work of the organization that you are so “successfully”.

Receiving a salary from contributions, and renting the premises that you are provided to the state, you do not want to work at a modern level- or can not? Age, however.

The youth of Kirov and the region, and we, parents and guardians-defenders of the rights of our children, consider it impossible for your presence at the leading post. How many years will we be hostages of your greed?
