Today, it turns out, one of the historical dates of our country is the formation of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. On December 30, 1922, the I Congress of Soviets of the USSR approved the declaration and an agreement on the formation of the USSR. All previous years over the Kremlin, a red banner was fluttered over the Kremlin, later replaced by the Russian tricolor. Let's remember this and not forget.
