Even the regional target program “Development of the modern tourist complex of the Kirov region” for 2009-13 is suitable. Everything launched becomes significant, everything non -existent acquires life.

After all, you, too, probably thought that the development of tourism is some kind of cunning Panama, nothing in common except the monetary unit, with the Kirov region. So at first, I repent, I interpreted everything too straightforwardly until I went to the asphalt. And it was necessary to understand that it was not about tourism in the program (in the sense, not about the development of tourism), but about a tourist (in the sense, about the development of a tourist). Which for us over the past four years - after the most important thing - really came.

And then almost in the text. A tourist (not “tourism”, namely “tourist”) is a branch of the economy that needs support from the state, that is, the budget. Performed? See how! At the same time, the priority for the region should be the support of the internal tourist, Made in Russia: from Perm, Novosibirsk, Sverdlovsk, Cheboksar - so that, therefore, the dear guest, we refuse to know, which of the nine species indicated in the OCIs of species and families he would not belong. And I remind you to look, a tourist loves us to recently diverse: active, and business, and amateur, cultural, cognitive, and eventful, and ecological, and hunting-and even health-improving (we will not name surnames). Performed? How to.

Accordingly, there should be no questions on such points of the program as “promoting the development of infrastructure and the tourist material base” and “creating conditions for the development of all types of tourist” - if only because with this wording, no questions can simply arise beyond the ultimate clarity of objects. Otherwise, why would it be dragged by all these tourists in our damn deafness - if not for the material base and conditions for the development of all types? That is, the program is not just executed how it was executed through the stump of its predecessor on the development of agro-industrial or, for example, construction complexes of the Kirov region, there is no: the program works, the program lives and wins. And, moreover, there are rumors that gentlemen tourists are not averse to extending its validity and the next five years.

Are you still thinking that the development of tourism is some kind of cunning panama? Take a colander and lie down next to it. All nonexistent will find life.
