The budget deficit of the Arkhangelsk region in 2013 will amount to 5.8 billion rubles. The source of the formation of the deficit will be bank loans. This was announced at a public hearing on the regional budget project by Elena Usacheva, Minister of Finance of the Arkhangelsk Region.

According to her, the revenue part of the budget will amount to 53 billion 767 million rubles. The expenses of the regional treasury in 2013 will amount to 59 billion 573 million rubles.

As we previously reported, 974 million rubles will be allocated from the region of the Arkhangelsk region from the Arkhangelsk Region in 2013.
