Eight districts in the central part of the city of Severodvinsk were de -energized the day before at 16:26. The accident occurred at a substation of 110/10 kV Severodvinskaya. To restore power supply, it was necessary to transfer the load to reserve power supply schemes. The phased connection of all consumers began only at 19:00.

Actions to restore the power supply of residents living on Labor Avenues and Marine, 11 specialists of the Severodvinsky district of electric networks of the Branch of IDGC of the North-West Archeenergo. Energetic teams carried out work to clean the insulation on the first section of 10 kV tires located at the Severodvinskaya PS. Within the boundaries of a temporary violation of power supply, all socially significant objects have reserve sources of electric energy supply.
