Violation of the rights of entrepreneurs

In 2013, the prosecution authorities of the Arkhangelsk Region identified over 1.4 thousand violations of entrepreneurs' rights, 143 submissions were introduced on their elimination, 151 legal acts in this area were protested, 18 applications were sent to the court, 102 officials were brought to administrative and disciplinary liability, the press service of the regional prosecutor's office reported.

In 2013, 395 applications were received from the control bodies on the approval of unscheduled on -site inspections of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, in 154 cases (39%) decisions were made to refuse to coordinate them.

The section of the annual summary plan of entrepreneurs for 2014 was formed in the course of processing draft plans of state and municipal control by prosecutors devoted more than 2 thousand inspections (27 % of the total number), in connection with their non -compliance with the requirements of the legislation.

In addition, cases of evasion of local authorities from the exercise of powers in the field of regulation of trade activities aimed at creating conditions for providing the population by trade services have been identified.

Due to the lack of approved schemes for the placement of non-stationary trading facilities addressed to the heads of the settlements of Plesetsky, Pinezhsky, Mezensky districts, the prosecutors made 19 notes on the elimination of violations of the specified law, according to the results of the consideration of which 10 persons were brought to disciplinary liability, the necessary legal acts were developed and adopted.
