5 hours of the road along the Syktyvkar-Kirov highway were perfectly enough to make out the photos and at the end of writing a small story about the June-July train to Rome with a 4-day arrival in Helsinki. I will immediately make a reservation that I do not pretend to be the artistic value of photographs and do not promise that having spent time on this post, you will make a complete picture of the capital of Italy. But I promise to answer all questions about the trip, especially if you have not yet decided on the next vacation plans.
I hate guides with their non -effective, but a thousand times repeated jokes and memorized stories. The only type of excursion that I like is sightseeing bus tours, with a robot broadcasting to the headphones on any of the languages needed by the visitor.
Roman two -story buses with an open top are especially beautiful.

You go along a narrow street, click a photo:

I literally drove for a turn - and here you have a chic cathedral:

He stood a little more in the cork, and the Colosseum:

Minutes have not passed, and the next two thousand -year -old building:

While standing at a traffic light, you can take a picture of the funny Chinese one and a half, clearly making the next educational film:
So you skate, every minute stuck on some centuries-old building from a cult history. I have not seen so many attractions, neither in London, nor in Moscow, nor in New York combined.

This stadium for races on chariots, as they say, contained up to 200 thousand spectators:
Soon the bus reaches the Vatican. I still did not understand how to get into the territory of this sovereign state, whose ceremonial gates are this beautiful area:

The world's largest cathedral in anticipation of the Pussy Riot tour:
The border territory of the two states looks something like this:

And a few more photos for understanding the city atmosphere:

Open -air cinema, on the river bank:

Scooters are the most popular mode of transport, there are a huge number of them, both students and Yappy in expensive costumes go to them:

Do you think it is cool to study here?

When I pour this photo of VKontakt, I will celebrate Semenov on it :)

Zilberg warned that the cafe in Italy is terrible. I did not believe, but now I confirm. 90% of catering have expensive prices, a terrible service and look like this:
Finding a good institution is difficult, but it is possible, and pastes in them are divine. The most beautiful in Italy is wine prices. The average price of a bottle in the store is about 2 euros. The first day, looking at the prices in the cafe, I constantly clarified the waiter, is this the price of a glass or a bottle? Half a liter of beautiful dry will cost cheaper than in Syktyvkar one glass of the middle swill.

The program included a visit to the Gallery of Modern Art, where the key was the exposition dedicated to Andy Warhol:
Among other things, there was a huge picture made of rose spikes:

Even from the cool - in Rome a huge number of fountains, and drinking water flows in all of them:

I really wanted to see this monument, but I came across it quite by accident:

Gogol, as you know, was a great patriot:

Parks in Italy are called villas, and if you have nowhere to spend the night, a bench or a sunbed under a tree is the best place:

Medieval buildings, modern motorways very harmoniously get along with large -scale green spaces:

Walking in the parks, now and then you come across modest cottages of some copper:

In the heat of fountain water, for about an hour is enough:

Graffiti is very fond of Rome, especially in the subway:

Especially on a religious topic:
In Rome, even on miserable houses, the names of the streets are placed on beautiful marble tablets:

Continuation perhaps follows ...
