As a result of an audit conducted by the Kotlas Interdistrict Prosecutor's Office, the teacher of the Early Development Center “Wunderkind-Plus” Lyudmila S. and the former administrator of the notorious bathhouse “At Karl”, the same person, was the same person.

The owner of a brothel on the dock, conspiratorial under the bathhouse, Alexander Uzinger, known under the nicknames of Carlo and Karlush, is now serving a sentence in places of imprisonment. For organizing a brothel, involving in prostitution and sexual intercourse with minors, the court sentenced the Uzgler to four and a half years in prison.

Lyudmila herself, who once performed the functions of the administrator in the Carlo institution, sentenced to three years conditionally. But this did not affect her official work: Lyudmila had a pedagogical college over her shoulders, ended five years ago with a degree in teaching in elementary schools with additional specialization - physical education and a short work experience in an educational institution.

Thus, despite the criminal record for organizing prostitution classes, a graduate teacher continued to work with young children (from one to three years old) in the center of additional education, where she got a job under the employment contract back in February, until her labor activity attracted the attention of the prosecutor's office.

According to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, to work in the field of education, upbringing, development of minors, the organization of their rest, medical support, social protection and social services, persons who have either a criminal record or undergoing criminal prosecution for crimes against the health of the population and public morality, which includes the organization of prostitution and the organization of prostitution. The prosecutor’s claim for the obligation of the employer to terminate the employment contract with an unlucky teacher was completely satisfied with the Kotlass City Court, and now the girl was removed from raising children.

How did the teacher, convicted of participating in the work of the brothel, managed to stay in his position for more than six months after the trial? “An impregnation of the management of the institution,” the prosecutor’s office is briefly explained.

It was possible to find out that at her main place of work, Lyudmila was still in good account, and there never had any complaints about her as a professional. Moreover, as it became known, both the children and their parents, and their parents, who did not even suggest the presence of another work, for obvious reasons hidden from prying eyes, were well treated. The battleship customers on the dock probably also did not suspect that the administrator who took them “special” orders from them, at everyday time, is engaged in the upbringing of the younger generation.

Now that in the labor market it is so difficult to find a worthy teacher, the former leader of the girl will have to search for a new employee. And a young and talented teacher who managed to work in such seemingly incompatible places as a preschool and a public house, the path was ordered in both professions mastered by her.
