On May 5 and 12, employees of the Ukht administration held
subbotniks , I have nothing against the subbotniks, but everything should be called my names. What the encyclopedia tells us about this:
Saturday is a conscious organized free work for the benefit of society in their free time, on weekends.
Now we look at the working calendar, May 5 and 12 Saturday, but this year they are officially declared working days. That is, it turns out that in this case, public work was carried out during working hours and not free, and that this is a purely show -off act and not the targeted use of funds, because highly qualified work (and highly paid) is used for other purposes. Plus, it turns out that the administration has nothing to do if they can spend 2 days without prejudice to the main work on non -core work.
My opinion, the subbotnik is an indicator of the poor work of the administration and the tool at least somehow rectify the situation, plus the opportunity to save the city budget at the expense of volunteers. The city’s utility services should be organized so that the garbage does not accumulate all year, and then removes 1 time and so on until next year.
