I have already noted that in our city there is almost nothing to be done for the convenience of pedestrians, the sidewalks of even the central streets of the city are in a deplorable state, most intra -water passages look even worse and probably exist from the moment of their construction, but we have a category of structures whose condition is no longer amenable to any classifications, these are pedestrian stairs. And in Ukhta, by the way, there are a very large number of stairs, first of all, probably because a significant part of the city is located on the so -called “pioneer grief”.

Even the reference granite staircase of the "adult park" is one of the symbols of the city is far from the best of its times:
It seems that they just forgot about the stairs, or maybe gentlemen from the administration simply do not use them? Judge for yourself, the roads are more or less repaired, because they have to ride every day, the sidewalks are already needed to a lesser extent, well, there to go to the nearest store, and the stairs who need them, students, pensioners and impermanent losers.
