"All regulators of migration processes at the disposal of the FMS turned out to be inoperative, but very, very corruption -intensive.

The invoice of the Central Bank of the UIG (the Central Bank for the Accounting of Foreign Citizens and State Assembly, temporarily staying and temporarily or permanently residing in the Russian Federation) turned out to be another simulacrum. But billions of rubles were spent on its development. An interactive card, visually reflecting the data available in the Central Bank of the WIG, which is designed to determine the places of accumulation of illegal migrants, was supposed to scream about the dangerous situation in Biryulyovo.

About patents. For three years we were told how wonderful it is, how humane it was, how much money they brought to the treasury, compared it with legalization and almost amnesty.

Now it turns out that the “ungrateful” migrants did not appreciate this “candy-carrot” and for this they will be punished with a “civilized whip”.

In general, the story with patents deserves to dwell on it in more detail, since it, as possible, reveals the “kitchen” of the FMS, where modern migration policy is being constructed. ”
