The creator of the healing system based on hardening the body with cold and hunger, he went barefoot for half a century in any weather and only in shorts.
He was persecuted more than once (a total of 12 years was isolated from society), but he became a teacher of the people (the so many followers called him).
From 1933 to 1983, he kept a diary (more than 300 manuscript notebooks) and sent thousands of letters (he had bags with letters at home), in which he formulated the basic rules of life:
- Live with a desire to do good to people, but did it - do not remember.
- Do everything with pleasure, with joy.
- Draw neither wine nor vodka.
- Strong one day a week, and at another time eat smaller.
- Walk barefoot.
- Get healthy with everyone everywhere and everywhere.
- Greed, laziness, fear and pride in itself.
- Believe people and love them.
