Ukhta, kindergarten No. 17:
In general, the garden is normal, but pay attention to the right annex, most of the windows have broken glass
It’s all very simple, many years ago half of the kindergarten was sold to certain entrepreneurs, they made redevelopments and repairs there to suit their needs, installed plastic windows, but they never completed the job, either the money ran out or something else. In the end, the owners of this building disappeared altogether. Local homeless people and drug addicts began to visit the empty premises.
This is such a neighborhood with a children's playground. The windows on the first floor had to be boarded up.
There are not enough kindergartens in the city, and here the floor of the building has been empty for many years; the administration responds to complaints that it cannot find the owners, and the city does not have any rights to the building. Is there really nothing that can be done? Is it possible to seize a building for unsuitable use, or for non-payment of taxes or utility bills? Maybe buy it back?
The surrounding area presents a sad sight.
And it turns into a trash heap.
